Kiahdaj September 28, 2012 September 28, 2012 First time you hear you tulpa speak: I poke fun at that guy SO much... "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

3DO September 28, 2012 September 28, 2012 funny how the topic of math suddenly popped up, since for the past day and a half I've been working hard to figure out a..."spaghetti theorem" if you will. Users in these threads are always going on about 'spaghetti,' and being the man that I am, I can't help but put it into calculatable units. Through use of the natural units and a little math, it wasn't very hard to come up with, either. It is essentially a velocity--meters of spaghetti out of pocket per second. The calculations are almost complete; all I need to do now is figure out a standard measure for the density of cooked spaghetti, and it'll all be figured out. This. All of this. I want it. The question is: is it its own definable unit, or is it calculated simply in meters/second? Like, would I say "Attending a 'Con equates to 10.68 spergs.", or would I say something more like "I'd estimate you topped 20 fistfuls of spaghetti per second when you puked on your girlfriend."?
Guest Anonymous September 28, 2012 September 28, 2012 This. That was my first question as well. What I quickly realized was that it had to be a type of velocity; due to my calculations, it can actually be expressed in terms of mass per time, density per time or length per time. The hard part was finding out the density of a strand of cooked spaghetti--you'd think it'd be SOMEWHERE on the Internet! Either way, I went through the trouble today of getting myself a "Spaghetti Constant" that equals the density of a strand of cooked spaghetti. I'll get more in-depth when I finish the calculations. What's with spaghetti? http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/spaghetti-stories tl;dr version: the more spaghetti, the more awkward/embarrassing the situation
Kiahdaj September 28, 2012 September 28, 2012 wat O_o I'm not sure what YOU'RE thinking, but-... I'll just randomly use "aliens" to explain something, while using the hand gesture. Most people don't get it, so I really only do it when my brother's around. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
