Drink it before and after. Cold showers apparently help too. Put them together and you have the orange showers meme. I don't get why people don't put excedrin in their orange showers though. It's the "tulpaforcing miracle drug", as Irish said. Helps with both the headaches and some with focus as well, due to the caffeine in it.
