Orange Juice?

So I'm always seeing mention of Orange Juice and that it's the best solution for helping and preventing concentration / forcing headaches.

 

Is there a reason why? Is it the sugar? The vitamin C? The acidity?

 

If anyone knows I'd be pretty grateful! OJ has too much sugar for me, but I'd like to find an alternative. Thanks!

Vitamin C is good for headaches. So is caffeine and a number of other things.

i nosh on oranges sometimes, papaya is also good for your health i think.
