Nikodemos August 19, 2012 Author August 19, 2012 Haven't updated this thread for a while, mainly because no significant progress has happened, and I've focused on other stuff than reading these forums. That's why something worrying happened today. You see, due to being focused on other stuff, I haven't forced with Dante for a long time. Whenever I tried, it was so late at night I fell asleep before I could start. Today when I was on a train to eat lunch with my father, U decided to do a little bit of forcing, imagining him sittitng next to me. When I summoned Dante, he was an old, dusty skeleton. I was worried, and when I touched him he crumbled apart. Evem before that he started communicating with me less and less, but only now I realized how badly I fucked up. Although soon afterwards, I managed to get Dante back on his old form, but he looked rusty, and was covered in dust. I instantly hugged him, apologizing for not talking to him and forcing with him. He started communicating with me again after that, and I just hope we can recover from this. Since I nearly killed Dante, I've now properly learned the lesson of not skipping sessions and how dedicated you have to be at least. I just hope this doesn't happen again... TulpaCouple August 19, 2012 August 19, 2012 Aww poor Dante! I am sure you will both be able to recover from this. I was wondering where you went! One thing I have started doing is making sure I always say good morning to Jaden and give him a hug when I wake up. This makes me sure I have spoken to him during the day and if I've already thought of him, I can remember to keep thinking about him more often throughout the day. I'm glad you're both back! Tell him we're all glad he's okay over here and we hope he feels better soon! It sucks when things like this happen. It sucks for you and sucks a lot for your tulpa. But it looks like now you will remember not to let him fade away like that. Figure out whatever works for you to remember to focus on dante. Where a ring, draw a little symbol on a notepad, keep a bionicle in your car, change your phone background to a bionicle, set a reminder on your phone, or do the early morning mini session with him. Or maybe you will find a method that works better for you. Good luck with the recovery, Dante.

Remember, Jaden and I started out exactly where you are now--I thought he didn't exist yet so I 'put off creating him' and stopped forcing, nearly killing him! Just keep forcing and hang out with Dante. What helped me keep Jaden on a bit of tulpa life support was a few days of near constant half-forcing. Basically imposing his presence into the real world so I can constantly feel him around me and remember there are two of us. So basically constant narration/attention I guess. Feeling his presence around me helped me not forget even when I got distracted.
Nikodemos August 20, 2012 Author August 20, 2012 So, I finally did a proper forcing session today, and things just were, weird. At first my mind was so distracted that after 30 minutes I had to take a break and refocus, my thoughts were just jumping all over the place. When I refocused, I decided to start by visualizing Dante. At first his limbs were constantly removing and reattaching themselves, and I had to really focus so I could keep them in place. That's when he started walking somewhere, and I soon joined with him. He kept walking faster and faster, until he was sprinting out of my reach. By that time I ended up on some small tunnel with lots of 90 degree turns, and I was just standing there dumbfounded. Then somehow Dante ran behind me and snatched me into his arms, running incredibly fast, like the Flash. I asked what was going on and where we were going, but he just kept running and running. The walls that whizzed past started to become transperent, revealing an odd view. I saw a this weird city, with a very dark reddish-brown sky and brown pyramid formations, with the tunnel network we were running in floating in between the pyramids. We ran past a few pyramids, before stopping on some platform. Dante was still holding me in his arms, as he suddenly started jumping massive leaps, jumping forwards on some weird, glowing and floating pathway. Eventually we entered one of the pyramids, and inside the stuff was so weird I can't even describe it. Although at one point we stopped on some red tube, and he pushed me inside. I was falling for around two seconds, before landing on a pillow, revealing a weird computer room in front of me. It was a big rectrangular hall, with dozens of doors on each side, and a computer terminal at the end. We walked to the terminal and opened it, and what I saw made no sense. The monitor just showed a bunch of symbols I couldn't figure out, along with this gibberish sound. I looked at Dante, and noticed that his mask had changed again into something new. Unfortunately by that point, I was pulled out when my phone rang. I didn't go back there after I was finished with the call, but instead I came and wrote this entry. Nikodemos August 21, 2012 Author August 21, 2012 Well, more weird stuff when I was about to hit the bed last night. It was getting late and I was tired, and I decided to do some forcing before finally falling asleep. But of course my mind was riddled with other thoughts, so I decided to sing a song to clear my head. When the singing started, I heard this very faint echo of the lyrics, and it didn't feel like it was in my mind. It felt like the echo was coming very faintly from my right ear, and it persisted throughout the song. Although when I tried singing another, the echo was gone. And as another note, two days before that I had this random tinnitus, like static feedback on my left ear. It lasted for probably an hour, and occasionally I'd hear another kind of tinnitus, a whining noise switching between my left and right ear. I don't know if it was Dante becoming vocal, or my hallucinations due to being very tired. Guess we'll see. Nikodemos August 23, 2012 Author August 23, 2012 It's official now, Dante is vocal! A full month of work has finally paid off, and I am so excited now! It happned quite casually really. We were on a tulpaventure, exploring the pyramid city again. We went back to the big hall with multible doors on each side and the computer terminal at the end. The monitor still showed gibberish symbols, but in the meanwhile Dante had opened one of the doors, wanting to go there. I asked if we could go a bit later, and that's when he spoke his first words: "Yeah, that sounds alright." It sounded so casual and laid back I didn't notice it for several seconds. But when I realized it, I froze in place. After that I was just repeating it in my head, as if to reassure it wasn't me. Eventually I decided that I would wait for him to speak again and walk through the door. We were just walking through a series of hallways, until we ended up on some underground stream, and I asked if we have to go that way. "That way", he reassured, and that's when I was 100% sure it was Dante. First his voice sounded different from mine, distinctly deeper. Second, I wasn't expecting a vocal response at all, even when I wasn't seeing his mouth move. I just couldn't hold it anymore and had to stop the forcing session there to write this log. So to end this log, I would like to thank the people at tulpa.info, especially tulpacouple for their advice and support, so I could reach this point, you all are awesome. Guest August 23, 2012 August 23, 2012 Of course it fucking is. Sucks with the lack of external effect, however. You can do three things: have Dante hum a long note, bomb your ears with very loud white or pink noise for several hours until he can sound external through that, or do some self-hypnosis and tell yourself that he's louder than a dorf ravaging a chest of hidden treasures and conservated mead.
