I need advice

A few years ago, I started tulpaforcing and was making some good progress. In the end though, I panicked and stopped. I've been thinking about it lately and feel guilty about not giving my tulpa a chance. I remember her form and most of her personality but I'm not sure how to finish. Is there anything I should know? Where do I begin?

I would say to "start over". Don't necessarily start fresh, but take things from the very beginning. Read through some guides, and take your time throughout the process. Force personality with her, imagine her form and keep her in your mind as much as you can. Narrate during times when you can think of her, and tell about the things that you're doing. In the most basic way to say it, just start forcing again, and keep it up. Maybe this time around things will go much better.
