IEP meeting, success: my teachers didn't bring up anything bad whatsoever hehehe. Probably because it's stupid. My refusing to go to McDonalds and Dairy Queen is just... stupid. 

 

I came into my art class 2nd quarter and was told I'd get a 1/4 credit (basically meaningless) but cuz I'm a good art laddie she's giving me a 1/2 credit  :cool:

 

I have all my required credits, I literally just need electives, lolololol hehehe

 

My schedule starting next semester goes like this:

1st: Drawing and Painting 2 (watercolor and oils)

2nd: Ceramics and Sculpture (same art teacher and same classroom!)

3rd: study room to take online classes

4th: Blended Psychology (class is face-to-face 3x a week, 2x a week you have to check into one of the study rooms that hour)

5th: Oral Communications (Basically Speech)

6th: Quiet room lunch (my friend will be there and it's dope apparently!)

7th: Honor's Chemistry 

8th: study room to take online classes

 

And my two online classes (self-paced, easy as shit) are Online PE (actually sounds pretty cool- units about health stuff and how various sports are played) and Spanish 2.

I didn't have wifi for a few days because my dog pissed on the router and it broke. It was purely territorial- the cat likes to sleep on the router cuz it's warm. 

 

We got a new router. It's been like a week. The dog just peed on the new one and it stopped working.

 

My mom threw a little fit, I wiped it down best I could and put it in front of our trusty strong space heater, we'll see if it lives... 

 

I turned to Gavin re: this school stuff and said, "The lesson is, I always get what I want." :P

Well... if you want whatever you can get... whatever you get IS what you want. 

 

If I graduted a year early (my plan before I failed my summer college) I would have been at uni right away afterward. My mom is not for gap years. But I'm just graduating a semester early. I could start at my community college for a semester but that'd made me a tranfer student. I get way more scholarships coming in as a freshie in the fall, so after graduation, I have an open semester- to work. 

 

Even fucking better!- My mom said "I got your sister a 1k computer so you can get a 1k computer", I said "How about I get a 300$ computer and get 700 in a bank account ;3  now that you're not so poor that any money I put in a co-signed account will be taken away?" She said okay. But today she told me she'll give me 1k, not 700!

 

I kinda want to invest and make handmade bath maths, god that sounds random, but, hear me out: there's a type of big-ass towel-sort of yarn. With that, and a certain form of glue, you coil and glue the yarn and very easily make a mat. Add a circle of anti-slick fabric on the bottom (or puff paint dots? that's what you do for knitted slippers...), a length of cording/twine sewn about the edge, Bob's your uncle, sell for 20/25 bucks and that's a really good profit margin for minimal labor for me... Take like 20 minutes, outside of buying supplies and glue-drying time. The thing to do is make one or two, I suppose, and keep careful note of how much things cost and how much time things take.

How bizzare, right? But that's my idea. And I have a good camera, so I can take real nice photos, whack it on Etsy, if not sell IRL through some local craft thing... we have a lot of those. -J
