Jolly_roger_92 August 13, 2015 August 13, 2015 Hello im a new tulpamancer and i have become aware of my tulpa 2 days ago, i say aware because i Accidentally created her 3 years ago with out knowing. she has developed her own personality all by her self i need some help on where to start and how what not. my tulpas name is Coriander and she is pretty advanced. I dont know how to go about any of this my friend refereed me because he has some experience for this.

Imposition is when your tulpa looks and sounds and feels as real as any other person to you. Switching is when you and your tulpa trade places, her in control of the body, and you in the wonderland if you like. But really, some people prefer not to do either of those things, and would rather just have someone in their head to talk to. So the real question is, where do you want to go from here? KatonRyu August 14, 2015 August 14, 2015 I've been searching on the forum for this because I have a feeling the answer is around, but since I can't seem to locate the thread I'll just ask in here: How does one adjust, or get rid of, a servitor created subconsciously? I have one that disallows me to vent my frustration in a person to person situation, causing it to turn inward on myself. I know this isn't my nature because my instinct tells me to go right through someone (verbally) when I'm frustrated. What I now need to do is adjust this servitor to allow me to think clearly and remain rational, while still being able to express my frustrations without self-destructing like I usually do now. I succeeded in that once, and it was very liberating, but since then I haven't been able to do it. Lucy is my only tulpa to date. I 'created' her on February 1, 2015. (Why the airquotes? Well, I'd been talking to someone in my head before that but always assumed that person to be male...then I found out she wasn't.)

Go out and vent your frustration, as much as you can. Don't expect an immediate change -- it might take over a month -- but it will happen if you keep at it. I have very little faith in my own ability and dont want to end up a month from now in the same spot im at. Luminesce August 26, 2015 August 26, 2015 Some people get stuck in their mindset of how things must work (and not work), leading them to be unsuccessful for.. well, until they fix that. Just believe that progress will be made no matter what happens, and it will be. The biggest killer of progress is doubt. Healthy skepticism is fine, but to an extent you just have to have faith that it's possible. It takes some time for your tulpa's voice to develop uniqueness, and it will seem like you're controlling what they say at first. Intent is the key, your mind will catch on with time. Hi! wellthen September 6, 2015 September 6, 2015 Well i was typing and the" I have some progress" line was originally " I think I have some progress idk yet" and all of a sudden I got extremely nervous, It felt like my tulpa was right next to me displeased with what I had wrote .I hadn't thought I got that far with her. What happened?
