Presumably, as a creature of the mind, the most logical way to try to let others see them would be some sort of thought projection, your classic psychic stuff. If you can plant "these are not the droids you're looking for", you can probably plant "this is what my tulpa looks like and he's over there".

Theoretically, using a meta approach.

So I would tell people what does my Tulpa look like?

My theory is that it works on the belief system of the individual projecting his or her tulpa. For example, if we were to give credibility to the girl in robot with the fat monk, her companions claimed to see her tulpa. If we were to assume that she didn't have the belief that most members here have, being that tulpa are self imposed hallucinations, then it would become somewhat possible that you would need to believe that the tulpa is able to be seen by others, which would explain why most members here don't have tulpa able to be seen by others. Even the few that have said ther tulpa were seen by other people, most of this communities members would attempt to find ways that it would be explainable by their belief system. There's nothing wrong with this in and of itself, but taking into account the fact that tulpas are a fairly new thing being researched by amateur scientists, we really have no way of knowing the extents of limits of the tulpa, and by that, the human mind. I mean no offense to the members of the community who actually present intelligent and thought provoking arguments about the subject, I'm merely explaining that at this moment, nobody truly knows, and that it's foolish to make anything other than a moderately thought out hypothesis. Also, I'm half asleep and bleeding so sorry for any incoherency.

Let's focus on the matter at hand, shall we?

The point at which a tulpa becomes visible to others may be the point at which the tulpa can declare independence. Reference to Alexandra David-Neel has already been made. I think it took her about two years to make her tulpa visible and maybe that long for her to take it down. I prefer my tulpas invisible. Of course, a good psychic can "see" tulpas. There is a story about a psychic who could "see" the characters her author friend was writing about. But I digress. Think long and hard about bringing your tulpa into physical form, which would be the prerequisite for visibility. At that point you have a golem and maybe a problem. If you do decide to go ahead there is no paucity of energy. Chi or Prana is plentiful. The downside is that not many of us know how to harness it. Either way you choose to go, may you be guided by the Goddess of wisdom.

I once had a session I was working very hard on my tulpa one night then my mother walk's into the room getting all freaked out she said she saw a white form in the room and I have never mentioned that I have been working on a tulpa. I do think it is possible for other's to see them for a glance, I have seen someone mentioning working on there tulpa in class and a classmate got freaked out.

The reason I don't think it can be done, is because we have no evidence that our brain has any sort of antenna. Meaning we can not pick up other people's thoughts, brainwaves or what have you.

I have been with my fellow tulpamancer, AlphaAndOmega, ever since hour three of my creation process, and the beginning of his. We have never seen each other's tulpas. Once I was even imposing my tulpas right in front of him, and he said, "What are you looking at?" He has done the same to me, but I knew he was imposing. I still could not see his tulpa, even though I knew his exact location and -roughly- what he looked like.

Saying you believe something is all fine and dandy, but you will never get anywhere without logical research and weighing up of evidences before you make a decision on your beliefs.

If someone can demonstrate this kind of thing to me, I am ready to believe it. Hell, I want it to be real. I know what it's like to want parapsychology to be real. I used to want it to be real so badly that I didn't accept the strong contradictory evidence presented to me. This was true, also, for my idea to use tulpas to change eye colour, a while ago.

This whole post is probably structured terribly, and I apologize. I may have veered off topic a little.

My opinions are all subject to change.

I have projected mass amounts of energy into Lucy before when my friend and I were enjoying a bowl, and it was one of my best sessions yet(I had previously told him about her), then he asked me if she was in a certain spot and he legitimately spotted out where she was at that point in time.

I loved that experience, and I'd like to make it happen again.

I don't think your friend actually sensed the energy. but actually your brain waves that pertained to your tulpa amplified enough to allow them to make it passed your skull and tissue then picked up by your friend who was in close enough range for him to pick up on those brainwaves and point out where your tulpa was. Try learning to balance Chi and see if that makes any difference, perhaps try projecting as much energy and chi as possible to Lucy next time you have a friend over.

The ~mysterious~ pineal gland seems to perform possibly similar functions as an antenna. It is made out of the EXACT same tissue that forms your eyes, yet it is located in the dead center of your brain, where no light can get to it.

Some very interesting research on this gland even more mysteriously found that piezoelectric crystals form naturally inside of it. Piezoelectric crystals have a number of interesting properties, one being that with proper stimulus in the form of, say, electromagnetic waves, they EMIT LIGHT. This is called piezoluminescence.

So... you have an organ in the dead middle of your skull that is built to sense light. And it's got crystals in it that can respond to all sorts of weird waves of energy, and literally produce light from that information.

TL;DR: You have pretty literally an antenna built into your head that modern science has no idea what it's there for. It can create light from wave data and then sense it like we do normal light.

If you wanna read about it, check out David Wilcock's "The Source Field Investigations".

Brain's crazy, man.

Not to mention millennia of mystics all over the world being utterly obsessed with the pineal gland long before science found an eye in your brain with lightrocks in it.

That's interesting. What's the source on all that information, though?

Come on now. That's not really true.

The pineal gland likely formed from an early photoreceptive organ that moved into the brain - this kind of thing happens fairly regularly in evolution. This explains the photoreceptivity.

It seems to regulate the body's day/night cycle by producing melatonin - this is fairly consistent with origin. Incidentally, this melatonin is secreted by the same cells that make up a lot of the gland. Hardly a complete mystery.

Look, I couldn't find anything reputable on the apparent piezoelectric crystals, although calcification of body tissue is nothing new and also nothing desirable. Suffice to say piezoelectrics probably doesn't work how you think it works.

Besides that, we can examine its utility as an antenna. Given that it's less than a centimetre long, it's unlikely to be an antenna for parts of the EM spectrum with a longer wavelength. That puts the maximum wavelength solidly in the microwave band, which, guess what, is absorbed pretty well by water. So, a no-go for the brain.

IR, visible and UV don't do a good job of penetrating skull or tissue, so that leaves X-rays and gamma rays, both of which are used in medical scans and therefore any odd behaviour pertaining to the pineal gland would have been noticed.

So, yeah, the pineal gland is not an antenna. Look, if we had one then we'd be using it; it's just common sense that we wouldn't evolve something this useful and then not be able to use it. And the various uses of the electromagnetic spectrum are all around us, and we would have noticed something if we could use them.
