I disagree. Meditation IS forcing. That's how I've been doing it. Is there any other way that I'm supposed to be doing it? That's how I came to understand you active forced, by meditating and thinking about your Tulpa in the Wonderland.

 

That's one way of doing it, but it's not the only way. Active forcing really is as simple as taking time to just stop and focus on your tulpa and pretty much only them for a little while.
