xtar January 19, 2014 Share January 19, 2014 Just meditation to sound and expectations. Doesn't do much for me, but some people are more susceptible to this sort of thing.
Kaz with a K January 23, 2014 Share January 23, 2014 I really want to bring this thread back, because we were making some excellent progress. Here's what I just did: Alright I just started the Alpha Binaural beat which is at like 10Hz. I’m not really heavily forcing, since I’m writing like, as this is happening, but I’m visualizing Adryan and me in our Wonderland. 3 minutes in: For some reason, even though the volume was at 100, I could swear it just got louder About 7 minutes in: When I focus on the computer screen, I could swear that there are shadows in the corner of my vision. Kinda creepy. 10 minutes in: Started a gamma wave as well because why the hell not. It’ll probably screw up my results but whatever 12 minutes: Got a headache, and now my head is swimming, just a bit dizzy. 13: Finding it hard to keep my eyes closed, getting twitchy kind of 16: Becoming easily distracted. Finding it hard to stay still. Also, through this whole time Adryan has been virtually silent, excluding the beginning when I asked him how he was (He's fine :P) so I’m calling this a failure. Well, not a "failure" but more like, no helpful effects. Aftermath: Tinnitus, except it sounds EXACTLY like the only dial-up starting sound. As I got up, the dizziness went away and I could walk and do stuff, and I can still hear Adryan, so, as far as I know, no adverse effects. Tulpa: Adryan Form: Anthro wolf-ish Stage: *sighs loudly* Age: Looks 17, is actually 1 1/2 “Human beings can always be relied on to assert, with vigor, their god-given right to be stupid” -Dean Koontz “In the end, I worry that my arrogance shall destroy us all” -Brandon Sanderson
