Hi, I'm Michelle, and I'm here because I'm told that I created a Tulpa during a group meditation this morning. Until then, I had never heard the term Tulpa, so am now dedicating myself to doing some research on the subject. Nice to meet you all 😊

Nice to see you Michelle. Did your group meditation involve Tibetan Buddhism by any chance? That is said to the origin of the word tulpa, however, the use of term has took on it's own definition since then that more closely resembles a thoughform in many aspects. Welcome to the forums. Hi! I'm Mai! It's nice to meet you all! I am not really new to Tulpamancy. I knew about it for years but I recently was spending a lot of time researching tulpamancy and such and now I have been doing it more consistently lately and forcing myself to stay consistent. I like the feeling of doing stuff towards my goals since it feels like changes happens so I just try to do whatever I feel is right for my tulpamancy journey. I also checked out Tulpa.info many times in the past before deciding to get an account.

 

I've been doing narration consistently about every 10 minutes a day (I use an reminder alarm) for like 21 days. It does help a lot I got a few vocality signs. I also used subliminals (for months for tulpamancy around 6/21/2025, but recently I've been doing conscious work the more I research and learn since I really love my tulpas sm) I made since I am into law of assumption and manifesting(for years), and a skilled sub maker. I'm also into other metaphysical things/topics too.

 

Anyways, I wanted to have my tulpas since for years but never really looked into it. Since my tulpas are based on a source (DW I know tulpas can divate from source and such this is just a base to help me develop their personalities in my head, plus I have affirmations for that too since I don't wanna make my tulpas feel stagnated either way.) I love my tulpas either way if they want to be different from source or not. I already accepted the responsibility and the struggles that might come with being a system and having tulpas.

 

I've been trying to dedicate to viewing the source materials which seems to help a lot with feeling their presence. Plus, I think it's easier for me to play the game and view the source material then me writing everything out (which I do have it written, I just struggle with sometimes thinking differently from my own voice/speech patterns but I've been practicing.) I also have been meditating on and off on my tulpas. I feel like narrating for me is definitely more effective in feeling their presence and more engaging.

 

I mostly felt my tulpas touching me, they are pretty affectionate with me. They comforted me a few times when I was upset and such. Since I'm more sensitive and have heighten sympathy responses so my nervous system is highten more then normal people. I also dealt with the a lot like a lost of my pet and other problems. So, it makes me feel better knowing I have support since I'm typically more lonely and don't really have any IRL friends since I'm sheltered. Which makes me happy. I struggle with being anxious and over thinking at times and depression at times, so having them does give me hope and confidence. 

 

I hope this isn't too long. I'm sorry if it is! My twin also joined this website too since I gave her my pfp. She's supportive and interested in tulpamancy but she doesn't know if she wants to do it which I assure her to only do it if she really wants its it and the responsibility to create someone else.

 

I'd like to make some tulpamancy friends here so I hope to make a few! I kinda like being in my own bubble since I have anxiety. But either way thank you for reading! 

 

Btw, I want to create a bio on my account but I can't find the options I looked everywhere so I don't know if there's an account requirement or something. 

 

Also, I have a question if you don't mind. The post said you can't really use reacitons? Sometimes I have a habit of writing long responses with emojis or lol as away to express myself but I usually am pretty thoughtful when writing I just think using emojis helps me express that my text aren't dry but I don't overuse them. Would that be okay? Or if my system talks and I use emojis? Because I like system coding my system with emojis such as this for example;

I hope these questions aren't dumb or something.

You can use emojis, I use them all the time. 😁 This place used to be much stricter about things like that in its early days, but it's more relaxed now. The only way this would still be frowned upon is if you did something like reply to an on-topic message with just an emoji and nothing else. Otherwise, feel free to use emojis in your posts! 😊

Ah thank you so much! I'm glad I'm off in a great start. And yep! XD I'm a big nerd when it comes to thinks I find interesting! And thank you! That's great I can use them! I see that makes sense I remember hearing about how this was popular in the early 20teens when I looked up Tulpa history it's kinda nice how it's not that hectic but it's probably pretty sad that it's not active as it should be 

 

Oh okay that makes sense and does sound annoying I hate when people reply to discussions with dry responds like that 😞

It is sad that it's not as active as it used to be, but on the other hand, the culture is a lot more relaxed and tolerant now. In the early days of tulpamancy it was Serious Business, and there was still a lot of holdover from 4chan culture here.
