Yes, it would hurt things.

Don't do it please. We did it with my host once and guess who got the fun task of removing it?

Oh, I thought it was just something that eventually wore off and didn't leave any lasting effects. Thanks for the heads up, I won't do it then.

Will list tulpas when I get things sorted out in my head.

It's likely for the better not to.

Has anyone seen the announcement about the "pet file?" It was causing separation anxiety in people, and supposedly made someone try to commit suicide. This shit is no joke. I used one of these files as a "whatever I am bored lets see what happens sort of thing" and I end up getting very picky about homework and my room for a few months after.

That stuff definetely fucks with your head.

I wouldn't recommend doing this. I don't know if it would fuck your tulpa shit up, but just "pony hypnosis" sounds stupid.

Did you repeat it consistently? Like several times a week for a few months consistently? If it's just a few times, I'm not sure if that would be a good attribution to what you did a few months after. Maybe it's just procrastination. :P

Or it could be the general negative hype about pony hypnosis in general, which may cause people to be predisposed in attributing something negative about it at some point. This is very interesting, though personally, I never really had any problems with hypnosis in general. I guess this pony hypnosis was made by a sociopath, or someone like that.

This is why an underlying concept to keep in mind is to use hypnosis for good intentions, because the only presumption I can make from the conjecture of this material in general is a euphemistic sociopath on our hands with ill intentions.

I listened to one of those once just to see what would happen and it didn't really have any effect, on me or my tulpas. I've listened to the 'pet file' too. Also no effect from that either, but that file's a really weird one... (the story is you're the pet of some other pony or something like that).

Tulpamancer since May 2013. Lurks a lot...

I used the Twilight file a couple times in a week, because I am a lonelyfag with no life and I was bored as shit. When I said picky I mean that I was losing sleep over the fact that a worksheet wasn't done, and that there was an unfolded and unorganised shirt on my floor. I literally tore apart my room and spent three hours reorganising it top to bottom. I still am pretty picky about my room even now, but that might just be force of habit rather than any pony effects still remaining.

One good thing was that I got straight As for an entire semester. No complaints there.

But in all seriousness this stuff is powerful. At least to me it is. For you it might not do jack but if you really want to tinker with your personality have at it. Because it bled over into real life even if I didn't use the magic word or whatever.

So back to the forum topic: Do I think it will affect the tupper? Probably not. Do I think that it is/was a stupid thing to do? Yes, most certainly.

If I was like that with my Biochemistry pursuits at a university, before giving up on it to plan for another major, I'd be in a better position, now, ha-ha.

I never tried the pony hypnosis though. As for other uses (non-pony related of course), it did a lot to me. Like tulpa-talking-for-more-than-a-half-hour-kind-of-a-lot-to-me a few years back, or recently, trying to process the rushing thoughts from them, and gradually understanding them little by little, only to show that I still have a long way to go for even more developed communication with them. I guess if people are really suggestive to have it affect them in a short period of time, I guess it shows that they actually have the ability to have higher awareness and self-control.

Ironically, and not directing this to you, people feel that hypnosis equals less self-control, but it's really just a matter of being relaxed, and being aware of things one isn't used to being fixated on; so these people get what they wanted if they actually end up emulating those personalities, and I guess they should be careful what they wish for.

Oh no. I hope that the message of my warning to the naive isn't that all hypnosis is bad, just like how all tuppers aren't pones.

I don't think it involves control so much as submission to the audio files and their sinister Satan like whisperings. In the background hum binaural beats, and the absolutely perfect voice whispers that your greatest desire is to be a cartoon horse created by a creepy old man in the 1980s.

I have tried pony hypnosis multiple times, however, I did so before I started creating my tulpa. Therefore, I wouldn't know if it can affect tulpae or not, but I'd say that the decision is up to you. Just make sure you tell Twilight what you are going to do, and the potential effects of it.

Unfortunately for me, even after doing multiple sessions of pony hypnosis, I never experienced any effects, although I wanted to. Not the slightest thing felt different about my mind or body, despite the fact that I was letting myself be open to what the narrator was saying. I suppose it just doesn't work for some people. Ugh, I feel as if my mind is too stubborn and clogged up to let anything unusual happen within it, which may be part of the reason it is so difficult for me to create a tulpa...

I'm writing a tulpamancy / science fantasy novel!
