Okay, so I was reading through Kiah's guide and let me tell you that it's a really good one in my opinion. But I was a bit confused exactly what he meant by a particular area. He said that to maximize development, he suggests that whenever you have a thought or are thinking about what you're doing or what you will do, can't remember all the specifics but he said to think all that to your tulpa. What exactly does he mean by this? Does me mean addressing your tulpa before "narrating" the thought to them? Or does it mean something else? I have been interpreting it as the first, but I think I'm wrong. I would love it if someone cleared this up for me.

Thanks in advance.

I can't fully remember the guide myself, but usually you can direct any thought to your tulpa, even if it's thinking to yourself that 'yes, they will hear this thought', or putting their name in front of what your thought is, as if to address them personally

You mainly got the right idea about it. Instead of keeping your thoughts to yourself you should think like you're going to tell someone, your tulpa, about it. You don't really need to call out its name everytime or something like that, just put your thoughts like regular talking in the direction of your tulpa.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

So you're saying that it's with the intent that I'm going to be talking to her, correct?

Okay I got it. Thank you.

Exactly.

Exactly.

This applies to reading to them as well right?

I would say yes and no. If you want to actively read something to them surely. It can only be beneficial for them.

But if you read a book, watch a show or movie or something like that it isn't really necessary to focus on them the whole time. It is alright to just remind yourself that they're with you watching or reading. You can enjoy these things with your tulpa without making every experience all about them. That would just be a more passive attempt, there is nothing wrong with it.

Ah, alright. I've just been trying lately to take a more active approach because since school started I've been more distracted and not giving her as much attention as I'd like to.
