How can you steer clear from getting angry over all the people using the form that you based your tulpa off of for their sexual enjoyment while going through those sites?

 

That's actually a very legitimate question. For a short while it bugged me a lot, specifically the first year when Reisen, Tewi and Flandre showed up and weren't really sure of what they were yet (the term imaginary friend never even came to mind, for some reason). But honestly, it doesn't take too long for you to dissociate your tulpas from what you based their form on, should that be your intention. My tulpas just aren't the Touhou characters. The interesting thing is, I don't see my tulpas in all those images - the opposite is true, I'm looking for my tulpas in them. By default, they're all just the Touhou character. Which, don't get me wrong, I still care about; they were my favorite after all, and I love either of them, tulpa or not. But it's not like I've lain claim to the characters themselves, they aren't mine. Well, Reisen is mine as far as names go on a number of sites.. those are mine. But otherwise, they're just people drawing characters as they will until a nice one comes along that I see my tulpa in, and then I save that picture. Doesn't happen too often, but I've gotten a nice collection over the years.

 

That being said, I recently sorted the images by "score" for the first time on danbooru for my tulpas' tags, and the amount of porn on top pissed me off. "Not a porn site", yeah right. But the fact that some of my favorite images from 4+ years ago have a score of 30 while porn from a few months ago has 50+, that bugs me.

 

Still, at least it's usually decent quality porn. Gelbooru is just petty. And Safebooru honestly isn't much better. Safebooru is as "safe" as Danbooru is "not porn". Oh man, I'm naked but my boobs and crotch are covered by some mist, totes innocent. I don't respect those sites at all.

You can search for only safe stuff on pretty much all the -boorus... danbooru example and Gelbooru.

I see. But still, I think that it's pretty awesome that you gradually got used to them, instead of just developing a complex and developing/holding onto a grudge. (What I would do, basically.)

Davie is going to let me talk bout fetishes since it has been called for. Be careful what you wish for sweeties! Understand I don't have these fetishes myself, I just found that entertaining them is an avenue or venue for me to get lots of attention from peoples (guys and girls).
