Has anyone else ever experienced this? I've read that people feel head pressure, and headaches and stuff, and I feel the pressure, but my nose also feels weird when Tulpaforcing.

It's like I'm feeling the head pressure in my nose as well during forcing... So again: has anyone had the same thing? I shall eagerly await your responses!

Oh my, you are allergic to yer tulpa!

Is it a sneezy kinda feeling?

I haven't heard this before. I wouldn't interpret too much into it, it is probably just your brain interpreting any physical sensation it can find, because you're keeping an eye on it. Of course I have no idea how exactly you're tulpa forcing. My best suggestion is to not actively focus on stuff like this while tulpaforcing, so you don't get irritated by random stuff. Focus on your tulpa, not possible responses.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

LOL! No! XD it's more like, as my attention goes from visualization to narration, it feels as though, when visualizing, the back of my head starts to hurt (most likely because that's where visualization takes place), but so does the back of my nose, then when Narrating, the pain lessens in intensity and moves to the top of my head, and the front of my nose. It feels as though something is in there pushing on the inside of it, relative to the location of my head pressure.

Weird! That's actual pain! I have never heard of anything like that, except for a dull headache after concentrating so much.

Well, it's not really painful (in my nose at least). When I said "Relative to the location of my head pain" I only meant based on the position of the feeling, not the intensity, so :/ .

My suggestion is to take more breaks and have shorter forcing sessions, assuming you force for a very long span of time. I am assuming that because you are actually having pain. Drink some water, or orange juice as it is the official, traditional, therapy drink of tupamancers everywhere. Try different positions and postures while you are forcing. Try breathing differently, maybe it is a problem with your sinuses getting dried out or inflamed or sumthin from ... like I dunno, am not a doctor only the tulpa goddess queen of dreams.

But that's the best I got fer you my friend. Hope you find a way around that, it sounds annoying.

XD LOL! But in all seriousness, it is almost the end of winter, and apparently it can get pretty dry even in temperate forest areas Like NC...

I am trying for the "All-Day Passive" approach, seeing as i'm currently in college, and thus, don't usually have enough time to stop to meditate, create a mindscape, etc..., because of classes, and homework, and things of that nature. Although I do want to...

I think I've seen that at least once or twice... In somebody's signature "Drink OJ after forcing. It helps with the headaches!" or something like that, and as an in-joke in a 'Game' thread "The Next Person Who Posts Will Be..." somebody wrote "The next person drank some OJ in the past 3 hours..." or something like that. But in all seriousness, I usually only ever drink OJ with Breakfast.

XD I like the way you say "Fer" Like Good Ol' Abraham Lincoln used ta'! LOL!

Also, I wouldn't call it "annoying", in fact, it feels pretty cool! XP

I know what your talking about! I thought I was just overthinking it but I get this too. I have no idea if it actually is from my tulpa, but seeing this makes me think...
