It seems to be extremely common for tulpas to comment on or have strong opinions about hosts' fashion senses!

That's because of participation bias, meaning people whose answers would otherwise be "Nah not really" don't give their input. Us, for example.

Gotta watch out for that in threads of this nature. People are more likely to participate if they've something to add than if they don't, in the form of text. Polls are less biased but depending on how they're set up could be too.

Not a huge deal here of course, just wanted to note the concept as it can be relevant on more important subjects.

Hi, I'm Tewi, one of Luminesce's tulpas. I often switch to take care of things for the others.

All I want is a simple, peaceful life. With my family.

[s ] My situation is a bit unusual. I did not pick a single item of clothing in my system's dresser drawers. I wasn't consulted on any of it either. But that is because I have been out of the picture for so long. I haven't really been in control of the body or in contact with anyone who has been for two years. So, of course, all the clothes in the drawers were chosen by my tulpas and splits (though the splits could be tulpas instead, but probably aren't). I wonder if now that I am here if I will cause any wardrobe changes.

Definitely a good point! However, I was basing my comment more off the fact that there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of active users on this forum, yet many of those who I have seen active here have a story to tell regarding tulpas and clothing.

Unfathomable. You know, without fathom.

I'mma build you from the ground

Til you're higher then the clouds

I can see it in your soul

If you only knew your worth

The kinda love that you deserve

Every piece of you makes me whole

When I was a kid, I hated clothes shopping, like I thought all boys do. My head-mates have since turned the wheel around to the point that I actually enjoy it.

My own host identity may be bigender, I don't really know, as having headmates makes identity questions a bit harder, I guess. But it means that I in general like to wear clothing for both genders. (Though so far I do not own a skirt... I'm too anxious of what other people will think.)

Each of my headmates has their favourite colours, and I spent some time buying stuff in each of this colours. At the moment I am dressing a bit like Graiho, red and black and with leggings. :-D I definitely look forward to my headmates developing a more refined fashion sense together with me.^^
