But 10000 bucks is still a lot of money. It's more than I earned from a year's work in 2011. It could easily pay for someone's schooling, or a large chunk of their schooling. It could take a big bite out of someone's debt. It could be the money someone needs to start up their small business. It could fund someone's world travels... The list goes on.

I'd also like to know this. I'm a diehard skeptic when it comes to stuff like this, and I have a difficult time believing certain things without genuine evidence.
