¿How i can initialise in the creation of a tulpa?

Hello everybody, first the first:

My name is Alejandro and i have 15 years old, im front Venezuela and i talk in the chat with the name of Alex97.

 

I read a lot of information about tulpas but not as initiate me, I visualized and talked to my tulpa for about 3 days but i don`t know how do tulpaforce, (is like meditation?)

And these days I've seen a shadow beside me, is my tulpa or simple reflexes?

 

And when I can see my tulpa as will? I see there gradually or be instantaneous?

 

PD: The name of my tulpa is Kiä and i leave a photo attached.

There are many methods to work on your tulpa. I suggest reading as many guides as you can.

I can't quite translate this bit, but if you mean you're sensing a presence, I guess it could be your tulpa. Or your own expectation that you should be feeling your tulpa. Either or.

It depends on a lot of things, but most progress in general is gradual.

It all effectively depends on your personal style of thinking to how long it will take. As for forcing, it can be basically any way you want that involves concentrating on your tulpa. I personally use meditative forcing, but you can do whatever you want. For visual imposition (where you see your tulpa with your eyes) I usually hear of people making gradual progress rather than it appearing instantly, but, again, it's different for everyone. Imposition of any sense typically takes longer than visualization and other minds-eye work, but if said shadow appears to have no visible source and no one else can see it, then you're getting there. Otherwise, just go with the flow.
