By the time Vixen got home, the sky was red and the sun is almost out of the view. She had been walking throughout the town, trying to shake her pursuer off. She even went into a clothing store to get changed and yet, the vengeful huntress is still on her trail. She could never see her, but her reliable primal instinct never wavered from focusing on the calm, almost non-existent presence in the air. It was frustrating, but moreover, terrifying. The alchemist noticed that the presence disappeared just a few hours ago, but how far would this person go for her blood?

Vixen stood in front of her house. Tired from all the walking she had done all day. Before her lies the most secured place she could ever hope for, yet, her primal instinct were all over the place. Then, something hit her.

The huntress broke into her house...

??? + 2, now 8

To her, having her private quarter intruded is a great offense. Anger build up inside her. And before she knew it, she had unwittingly bursted through the door of her own home, despite the fact that her instinct was technically screaming at her. This leads to Vixen herself screaming, as a lump of force hit her left side.

Vixen was thrown to the right as she saw the walkway of her own house spun. She wasn't sure if any bone broke, she wasn't sure, she couldn't really think straight. She managed to keep herself conscious enough to see a dark figure approaches her.

The alchemist tried to get up.

Don't be finishing your speech early (if you're making any) Miah. Vixen will definitely use one of the trick in her sleeves.

Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.

Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR.

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

Miah grinned as the trap sprung. The sandbag smashed into the woman and sent her flying. When she collided with the floor she slid towards the Huntress, comming to a stop only a foot or two from her feet. The woman groaned and tried to get herself to her feet. Miah did not give her the chance.

The Ranger stroad forwards and got down on her haunches. She had removed her cloak and cowl in anticipation of an actual fight. The extra cloth would have been a hazard in close combat. Miah was still having trouble getting used to her body's changes and she didn't need the extra complication.

Miah slid one knife from its sheath, the long, slow sound sliding through the air. Then she took ahold of Vixen's hair and yanked up her head. The woman responded with a defiant groan, though she quieted once she felt the cold point of the blade against her throat. The Ranger then took a moment to relish her victory, studying the woman's face.

Her eyes were hazy and confused, which was a reasonable response to having just been knocked silly by a fifty pound sandbag. Still, those orbs did manage to maintain a feeling of pride and tenacity. Miah had no choice but the respect the woman. In all respects, she seemed intelligent, capable, and beautiful. And Miah had beaten her.

"To be truthful," she began, "I didn't think it would be this easy. The bag was only really supposed to be a distraction. But hey, sometimes things just workout like that." She shrugged.

"Oh, and don't worry, the knife is just to keep you still. I have no intention of killing you. However, I will admit that I'm a little disappointed. I had expected at least some kind of fight, some sort of challenge, but I suppose not. If you hadn't used such dirty methods up on those walls, it wouldn't have come to this and your head wouldn't be swimming right now. I would advise you on how to treat the nasty head wound you're sure to develop, but you may be better suited Ms. Medicine.

"Also, please check that stuff you fill your syringes with. It has some rather... Strange side-effects. First it turned my hair stark white." She indicated her hair with her eyes, as her hands were still occupied with restraining Vixen. "But, as you can see, that worked itself out.

She then quickly put the knife away. She was almost done here. Vixen's hair was still firmly in her grasp, however.

"The second effect, it seems, is a bit more permanent." With her free hand she poked one of her breasts. "Do you see these? Do you fucking see these?" For emphasis Miah shoved Vixen's face a little closer to her chest. "Do you have any idea how cumbersome the bitches are? Not to mention the time it took be to fix my clothes after they grew in my sleep. I swear, I have half a mind to send you the bill for the new underwear I'm going to have to buy. "

She paused a moment, and then shrugged causing her chest to give a healthy, hefty bounce. "But, I suppose it's not that terrible. Maybe I should be giving you some small thanks..After all, they are quite useful. One such use, I've found, is distracting town guards when they should be doing their jobs. And they are very impressive, to say the least. If I wanted I could have half of your town drooling. I'll get used to them eventually." She grinned, her vanity getting the best of her.

"Anyway, I digress. I've won, and that's really all I needed. Sorry about the damage to your window. You should be able to pop the pane right back into place."

She let Vixen's head drop and got up, turning her back. "You know," she said, talking half to Vixen, half to herself, "I'm not really sure what I'll do now. I could follow after those four fools I saw leaving. Playing nanny to them isn't all that bad. Then again, I could make for Tirith. I have some business there. But why am I telling you? It's not like you have a say in it. Oh well." With that, she began to reach for her cloak, clearly intending to leave.

((Feel free to still attack Miah from behind. If you want to fight then Vixen will have to be the aggressor. As far as Miah is concerned, she's won. She could have shoved her knife through Vixen's throat then and there. There's no reason in her mind to continue. But we can both see where Vixen would still be fairly pissed.))

((Right-o. Sorry I if I get these directions mixed up, I'm a little confused from the perspective.))

The decision of direction lay on the shoulders of the man and the pony; G wanted to stop and think about it a while but Pruria had other thoughts. ''We should head west, I know the land there; it's a more diverse place in notion of peoples and race. We'll fit in better than we would in a mainly human area, and I have an aunt who live about nine days from here. That's a rough estimate and no use to us for nine days but she's a large store owner of many good and could prove useful if we don't get off-coursed, die or different-minded.''

The pony barrelled out her word like a planned speech, and made a lot more sense than the jumble of direction that knotted themselves in G's mind. ''They're large plains though, we'll be out in the open.'' The man questioned.

''Not if we take the caves.'' The pony shifted her eyes back and forth and then sighed, ''But, we both know that-''

''The caves are filled with legions of monsters; they're the exact place we were going to go to to recover that scroll. We were going to go in the summer when the demons return to hell for the nice warm inferno of which is Teething's cave.''

''Yes, yes, I know, but any other direction is unknown to us; at least the west is a definite place of peace too. Even out on the plains we have no chance of getting sandwich in a battle between two armies ofa thousand strong each side.''

The man sighed. He looked at the other two, ''I'm indifferent; she makes good points but I'm just not sure.'' Pruria smiled and taped G on the shoulder,

''Hey, it's an adventure either way, why not make it interesting?''

As the huntress let go of her hair, a sense of relief rushes over her. She wasn't scared of the fact that the huntress could have shoved that knife into her throat, she was more worried of the consequences of that action. She devoted herself so much to gain the town's respect and trust. The last thing she wanted is for her hard work to be all for naught.

"Wait!"

Vixen called out to the huntress, only to be ignored. Her guts was still tense from the collision she received and that didn't help her getting herself up in anyway.

"I thought you were possessed yesterday, I'm sorry."

Vixen was not sure whether the huntress in front of her heard her. But at that moment, a light flashed.

Everything happened in a split second. Two people appeared, one behind Vixen and one in front of Miah. The one behind Vixen pulled out his knife and stabbed Vixen.

Light assassin, back stab, Acc rolled 9 (-2, unaware) 7.

Vixen, dodge, Agi rolled 8 (x3, unaware) 24. (Fatal)

The knife went through Vixen's chest. The blade grazed her heart, ripping through her lungs. Blood splattered out of Vixen's chest and mouth as she fell onto the floor. Her vision started to fade as she see the huntress being attacked by the light assassin from both side. The huntress is graceful and deadly, but another assassin teleported into the room.

...

...

The strength in her eye disappeared. Her vision faded to black.

...

...

The noise of multiple knives clashing started to muffles.

...

...

...

Her consciousness is slipping away.

Vixen knew what to do, but she despised the option. However, her death is imminent, and she is forced to resort to her last option.

Vixen unleashed Dragon's blood.

Vixen transformed into half dragon.

Miraculously, Vixen's heart wasn't pierced through. It is still functional. The knife had only pierced her lungs. The alchemist focused and called out to the beast inside her. And suddenly, her body exploded into flame.

Scales started to envelope her body, or to be more exact, the scales that had always envelope her body became visible as they enlarged and crystallize into a protective armor of silver dragon scales. Her skins becomes pale white. Her muscle expanded, and claws protruded from her finger. A long, razor sharp tail protruded behind her hips. Her cloths burned away as the transformation engulfed her body in fire. Vixen opened her eyes. They are yellow as they always were. But the iris is not rounded, it's a thin vertical slit of reptiles species.

The assassin tried to jump back, but the claw went straight through him before he could even lift his body. Inside Vixen's claw was a red blob of flesh that is still moving. She crushed it and pulled her claws out of her prey's chest. The assassin fell down on to the floor and splashes into his own pool of blood. Vixen have no remorse nor hesitation. Her humanity is over-shadowed by her primal instinct.

Vixen smiled, and let out a very loud roar.

Btw, I have foreshadowed Vixen's ability many times already. With all that using fire without magic, the ??? stat on her, and Aigis seeing her naked and noticed a scales on her body. And where did you think Vixen got the material to make a dragon's box from?

Control the light assassin as you see fit Jax, three is on Miah's ass and they may fire laser at her. You can decide when Vixen will transform during the fight. She won't attack Miah.

I'll post the story on Chloe's side tomorrow.

Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.

Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR.

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

((We all suspected the dragon thing. At least, Miah and I knew pretty well.

"You made it obvious enough."

However, I hate to say it, but the picture you have in your signature is really hard to visualize. It looks a little weird, to be frank. So, I hope you don't mind if I ask if any of these are close. Granted, they should have claws instead of hands, but that's easy to add in.

While tying the cloak, Miah heard something from the woman. An apology. Something about possession. She laughed.

"No worries. It was all in good fun. Well, that and you needed to be put in your pl-"

Before the Huntress could finish everything went white, as if the sun itself had appeared inside the room. There was a terrible ringing in Miah's ears, and then, slowly. Her vision returned to her. Before her stood a man garbed in white cloth. The clothes were oddly bright, as if they had some sort of radiance of their own. The man was not very old, perhaps only in his mid twenties. His face was twisted into a malicious grimace, half grin half scowl. The thing that stood out in Miah's mind, however, was the dagger.

Acting purely on instinct, Miah shifted to her left. Time seemed to slow down. The dagger came incredibly close to her abdomen, piercing the side of her shirt, ripping the fabric. The Ranger pushed away the knife hand, causing the tool to rip out of her shirt and the arm to be thrown across the man's body. The killer was now off balance and vulnerable. Still under the impression he had the upper hand, the man swung his arm up diagonally, hoping to land another strike. Foolish.

Miah took hold of his wrist and used it's momentum to throw the man to the floor, twisting the arm as he fell. The crash of the impact was accompanied by a pop and the man's shoulder was wrenched out of it socket. The screaming was like music to Miah's ears. The sicker side of her was going to enjoy this.

She grabbed hold of the man's elbow and swiftly turned her body in a full circle, flipping the man over and giving her better leverage. The shoulder was twisted in the muscle by now, and the man was screaming at the top of his lungs, clutching his dagger in pain like some sort of life-line. Then, aided by leverage, Miah pushed. A sickening crunch resounded as the ex-killer's arm shattered. His forearm twisted over his elbow and the dagger was throw into the air as the hand flew open in reflex to the pain.

In one quick motion, Miah let go of the screaming man's arm and caught the dagger as it fell. Then she turned and plunged it into the man's neck. The screaming stopped, transformed in to a muffled gurgle as hot blood entered the man's windpipe. If he was lucky he would lose consciousness before his lungs filled and he drowned. The metallic smell of the man's life filled the room.

Miah looked up. Another. Without hesitation, she pulled the dagger free of the dying man's throat, causing a jet of blood to cover splash onto her, and leapt at the next would be assailant. Another flash. The Huntress cursed. For a moment she was blind and deaf. Fortunately, so was the other man. They collided and fell to the floor.

He was on top of her. She could feel his hot, putrid breath against her as they struggled. He was strong. Stronger than her. His hand clutched the dagger. No. She fought back. Rolled him over. On top now. Her vision was beginning to clear, her hearing returning. She saw his hand. Her fingers were being pulled away from the handle. She kneed his side, hoping to break a rib. Just made him angry. She was on her back. Again. Another man in the room. Vixen with a knife in her back. Pool of blood. Most likely dead. She had to get up. She tried to headbutt the man above her. Stupid. The knife was torn away. So were his hands. Move!

She shifted to the right. Too slow. Pain stabbed into her shoulder and shot through her body. The dagger had found its mark. Blood. Heat. Was it from the blood? Partly, but it was too intense. Fire? Were they going to burn the place down? She looked up. The man's face was shocked and horrified. What in Pandemonium was he looking at? Why was she still alive? His loss.

Miah kicked the man hard in between the legs. He yelped in pain and tottered over, his eyes watering. Miah scrambled out from under him and sprung up readying herself. Then, another blinding flash.

Damn it all!

She stumbled. She was wide open. The others would be on her.The house was on fire most likely. Hopefully it would burn down atop her killers. Justice from the grave. Fitting. She didn't want any of them getting out alive. She waited for the darkness.

It didn't come. Her vision began to clear. She saw spots dotting the hardwood floor beneath her. There was no fire. A roar. She covered her ears. What was going on? Why wasn't she dead? Why wasn't it over? She steadied herself and looked up. She didn't believe it.

Before her was the Medicine Woman Vixen. That is, it would have been Vixen if Vixen had scales, wings, a tail, horns, and one claw thrust clear through a man's torso while the other crushed his still beating heart. She looked more beast than human. Her eyes had taken leave of any type of human rational. Suddenly, Miah wondered if there was something laced in those apples.

The other two assassins stood dumbfounded. Miah was fairly certain one of them was having an accident in his trousers. If she was going to do something, now was the time. As for the The Girl with a Bit More Than a Dragon Tattoo: The Ranger would burn that bridge when she came to it.

She sighed, and then grimaced as she yanked the knife from her shoulder. At the same time, she grabbed another from her hip. She gasped for breath and then whispered to herself, "Shit just keeps getting weirder and weirder..."

She rushed forward. Time seemed to stand still. She was in control. The two lives before her stood no chance. She took the one on the right first. Using momentum, Miah kicked out the man's knee from behind, causing him to drop. Her blade slid into side of his neck quickly and he began to choke. She ended it quickly, ripping her knife through the front of his trachea. Blood painted the floor.

The next man came. He was the one who had been on top of her. Karma truly was a bitch. He stabbed at her. Miah seemed to flow back without any effort. The man suddenly found a knife in his rib cage and he gasped for air as his lung was pierced. Miah then grabbed the hand holding his knife and, with a quick twist, broke his wrist. The man did his best to cry out in pain. Then Miah pulled him forward, twisted, and threw him to the floor. Before he hit the ground his own knife found a home in kidney.

The floor drove the front knife in deeper. The man coughed up blood. Miah smashed his ribs in with her boot, turning him over. He struggled and gasped through his own fluids for air. One lung had collapsed. The other was close due to his shattered ribs. The last thing he saw was the grinning, blood soaked Huntress looming above him. He didn't need to know what Hell would look like. He'd already met the Devil. The Demon of the Woods then crushed his windpipe and broke his neck with a stomp. Then it was over.

Miah breathed heavily. The wound in her shoulder was taking its toll. She reached down and wretched her knife from the corpse's chest. She then reached under and took the dagger. She would add it to her new and ever growing collection. She closed her eyes and sighed. Then she spun around and tried to put on her most fearsome pose. Frankly, the thought of facing something that could rip out a man's heart scared the shit out of her, but she didn't see much other choice. Now, she supposed, they really would see who was better.

She stared down "Vixen" and growled, "Well? You want some of what they got? Come on!" Miah hoped she sounded more confident than she felt.
