Not sure what to make of this...

I'm about three days into forming my tulpa, and she's still just a cloud, I haven't given her a body yet, but I keep seeing flashes of light, like the orb is manifesting itself. Also, I started getting head pressure within a few minutes of starting her. Is it normal for them to force themselves to be visible before taking a form?

Hopefully, that's a sign of early sentience. You should try to use the opportunity to your advantage and force when that happens. That way, it'll be easier to do stuff, since you have your tulpa in cooperation. Also, I think it's normal for formless tulpae to 'materialize'. That's why you give them a form, so you can easily know it's your tulpa and not confuse it as some other thing.
