1.)Recently ive been having trouble Forcing most likely because im tired and not mentally up to it so i often lose focus on forcing so my mind will wonder. I go to bed around 9:00-10:00pm, and i often force around 8pm. I was wondering about how much sleep and tired you are affects your Forcing. 2.) its Winter and im wondering how much a cold, or hot room affect your forcin too, if at all. 3.) how comfortable do you have to be when forcin on a scale of 1-10, 10 being a cloud, 7 being a pillow, 5 being a small stack of towels, and 1 being the pavement. 3.5 .) Do you have back support? like leaning against a wall with a pillow behind the curve of your lower back, do you sit on a couch, or sit in a chair? the ground?

1. You said it yourself, you feel tired and not as motivated to force. When your mind wanders you are taking your attention off the tulpa, and that's not good while forcing. You don't want wandering thoughts.

2. Hot or Cold temperatures will only affect forcing when they are physically distracting you from focusing on forcing. After all, it's all about how comfortable you can get in that temperature.

3. 7. You want to be really relaxed, but at the same time not so relaxed the possibility of you sleeping is high. You want to be comfortable enough to where you can force without the mind wandering to aches, muscles spasms, or anything of the sort.

3.5. Personally, I force laying down on my back in bed. I can relax easier while lying in bed, and the visualizations seem to be crisper as well. You just got find a position you are comfortable with. Anything that you find works for yourself.

Cast away all doubts. If you can't trust yourself, why bother at all?

1: 2:30AM-7:00AM, which is TERRIBLE for my health, but I do it anyway.

2: It affects what you narrate ABOUT if that's the step you're on, it may affect your visualization though.

3: 1.

4/3.5: No. Not really, I'm flexible.

"DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!"

Shameless self promotion!
