Redline December 18, 2013 December 18, 2013 Ves is really vocal with whatever she does. I hear answers all day, and all it takes is just a secondary thought to bring her to the reality of everything. If I throw in headphones, it pushed her away. Normally music and any sort of external sound pushes her away, so I have to be concentrating outside of my house. Skash doesn't say much. She chooses her words carefully. That also may be a point that makes it to where I don't know her voice yet. This is where all the good stuff goes
Ashmo December 18, 2013 December 18, 2013 I'm still needing to put in a bit of effort to actually hear Bud's mental voice. I think we are both a bit lazy because raw thought communication is so easy. He also likes to surprise me with audio hallucination from time to time, but he has said that he actually does it more than I hear him on that part. Everything is still a work in progress as far as "talking" goes but we are both enjoying it at least.
looking glass December 23, 2013 December 23, 2013 talking to twi is extremely easy, which is a surprise, cause my mind is usually littered with random thoughts. (well, before twi, it was) i can hear her clearly, usually she will say or ask something out of the blue or remark on something that's going on outside, if she's paying attention to what's going on, that is. she may also tell me about something going on in her world. now, it may take more effort to say, have a very long conversation, and it requires meditation, if i were to say, visit her in her world or attend an event that's going on. if it feels good and it doesn't hurt anyone, then its ok with me. tulpa : twilight species: pony (unicorn) gender: female sentience: confirmed age 22 birthday: july 22 personality: studious, organized, introverted , loves to read, friendly.
Stryke December 24, 2013 December 24, 2013 Even now, actually 'hearing' Thunderfall can be a tad difficult. Although we have been working to find his own voice, he still often responds in my own, so I'm not 100% sure if he's speaking or projecting thoughts. He IS a lot clearer when he remembers to use either of the accents he flits between though, and in the last couple of days since Taleweaver arrived I've noticed that his speech is becoming clearer, as if he is trying very hard to distinguish his own voice from hers. As for Taleweaver, she also seems to have a voice of her own, but just like Thunderfall it flits between that and a softer, more childish-sounding version of my own voice, most likely depending on how much of my attention I can give her. As for the occasions when I'm more focused on the outside they both have occasions when their voices switch to my own mind voice, I can at least tell them apart from what they're saying. Thunder will often pass snarky but harmless comment on what I'm doing, where as Taleweaver will stick to a simple, childish appraisal of my behavior, something along the lines of "Daddy is silly," or "Daddy is funny." Quilten December 24, 2013 December 24, 2013 I find that it's very easy for me to communicate with Q and Jira, or get their attention. Our only problems arise when it comes to actually keeping a conversation going, but we are getting better at that. We are also trying to improve on them getting my attention during the day as opposed to me being the only one to ever really start the talking. Even though my username is that of my tulpa, Quilten, my name is Phaneron, the host, who does all of the actual posting. Tulpas: Quilten, Jira
Kaz with a K December 25, 2013 December 25, 2013 I hear Adryan just fine, usually. Some days are better, or worse, than others but most of the time it's just focus that needs to let it be heard. But like Quilten mentioned, I, too, am trying to get Adryan to catch my attention, as it's usually only when I'm thinking about/to him when he talks. Kaosukage January 23, 2014 January 23, 2014 Well, I can hear Hakkyou chattering all the time, really, usually in the form of snark whenever she thinks I did something stupid, though sometimes she honestly wants to talk to me about something or another.
xtar January 23, 2014 January 23, 2014 Right now it's automatic, if the tulpa has something to say I hear it and it responds quickly to my questioning. Current situation and just how I've been raised with the tulpa I almost never speak to it outloud, unless a good argument or something hilarious is said.
