Flexionsensor March 10, 2013 March 10, 2013 Ladies and Gents, may I present to you, one of the longest spanning necroposts in the history of necroposting! (Cheering!) Most forcers choose to have a tupper of the opposite gender. Dunno why though. "DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!" Shameless self promotion!
NekoiNemo March 10, 2013 March 10, 2013 Maybe because it's easy to deal with opposite gender rather than your own? At least it's that way for me 現実に抗え!
Spice March 10, 2013 March 10, 2013 Spice and I share a gender. I think I have too many boy friends, so another girl is nice. Plus she was inspired from fox girls I love fox boys but I'd probably try to sex them. even if it wasn't rape, it'd happen. Despite the name, the host bodybody is the one usually using this account. Spice was born in 2013 and Tomoe was born in 2014.
TulpaCouple March 10, 2013 March 10, 2013 Jaden is agendered/asexual for similar reasons. Of course, at the time I was creating him there were still people terrified that girl tulpas would become succubi and male tulpas would be horny monsters, and since I am engaged I didn't want to have any romantic relationship with my tulpa. I let Jaden just 'be', and though he leans towards the male gender, he can easily associate with either side and not really be too concerned either way. Giselle was created far later, and though she has no bits either she fully associates with the female gender. Most of her creation was more up to her than me so that's just what she chose.
Timestalker and Psyche March 11, 2013 March 11, 2013 Sybil was a reference to the Sybils of Ancient Greece, and Psyche is a reference to Poe's Ulalume, so gender and formed really followed function.
glitchthe3rd March 12, 2013 March 12, 2013 Amazing that this topic has been around since the days of yore and I'm just now posting in it. Luna is based off of my anima (or claims to be) and is probably the most feminine of all my tulpae not to mention a massive slut as well The others all are of a female gender to varying extents, and Naomi arguably comes close to being as feminine as Luna (though she's not nearly as emotional). "Science isn't about why, science is about why not?" -Cave Johnson Tulpae: Luna, Elise, Naomi My progress report
Lacquer March 12, 2013 March 12, 2013 But do you mean gender or sex? Hah. I think that having a tulpa with an opposite sex/gender is complementary, for reasons like the concept of the Anima, being more in touch with feminine/masculine side, simulate opinions of the opposite sex/gender, among others. Of course, this is just my opinion, and everyone here has very valid points.
Sands March 12, 2013 March 12, 2013 male tulpas would be horny monsters >horny monster But... That's exactly what Roswell is! I think you're onto something here. It's just a form. If he wanted to be a chick then he would be a chick, I guess. If I don't have any wants for a paticular gender, I seem to default on "male", which might be why my everything seems to be a male. So, Roswell's form ended up being a dude. Wouldn't really make a difference to me if he had a female form, but he hasn't wanted to suddenly turn female. Funnily enough, he might be the more seemingly calm of us two and while I enjoy drama and overreacting for laughs, he's still the one who cries when things are getting tough. And man, if there's actually something dangerous going on, you can bet it's me who has to handle it because I am calm in those situations. If masculine is tough and feminine is not, then maybe he is the more feminine of us two, I dunno. Certainly the more romantic of us two and would even like to have a family, but I disagree, so... The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)
Avalanche March 12, 2013 March 12, 2013 I personally didn't want a male tulpa as I didn't think another make voice on my head would have been wise. I guess because it would have been too similar to my own head voice, or two guys in close quarters might not have been a smart idea. My tuppers are both female and it was never a asexual thing. frt
