Hi, I have a few questions.

When visualising is it wrong to make them spin around in circles, so you can see every part of them? Are there right and wrong ways to visualise?

And I can only seem to do this at night.. During the day it's cloudy! Also my tulpas eyes changed colour it seems more natural now would that be deviation? Or something I have done?

No, spinning your tulpa so you can visualize them better isn't bad. It'll only be bad if you're only doing it to be mean. And everyone is different if you can force better at night then that is when id recommend forcing. And if you didn't want the eyes to change but they did anyways, then yea that's deviation. It sounds like you're doing a great job though so don't worry!

I've heard that it's easier to visualize an object in motion than a stationary object, though I don't think it's ever been studied. But go ahead and do it. It won't hurt, and it might make things easier.
