Hi, I've been speaking to Maya, and we would really appreciate it if you could draw her. If possible, she would like to be drawn with her friend (and gamer sister) Aurora. I have included some references below, along with a description of which parts are relevant.

There are quite a few images in this post, sorry I was not sure how to spoiler them correctly on this forum, as the usual spoiler tags just block out the text rather than providing a collapsable div.

Here are Maya's references:

Her face is something like this:

mjpsud.jpg

The irises of her eyes glow blue. Her eyes are fairly large.

The first image is probably closest to the shape of her chin.

Her hair is black, and mid-thigh length. Unlike the above pictures, she does not have a fringe. Her hair is not shorter at the front. In shape, her hair is something like this:

e7b3e3a5b6cfb1b654c2aed9b8d7600a.jpg

But obviously it is longer, as decribed above. The way her hair falls around her face is shown in the picture of the dress, below. The face in that picture is also similar in some ways.

In some of the pictures above, the angle is such that the prominence of the top lip is not as evident as it should be. Maya has a fairly prominent top lip, as she has a slight overbite.

Maya's figure looks something like this:

The dress we would like her to be wearing is this:

The dress is supposed to be green, as that is her favourite colour. I'm not sure that is clear from the image.

Maya almost always wears bare feet.

Aurora looks like this:

They would like to be seen sitting on a blue bed holding game controllers, and having fun if possible, as they enjoy playing games together.

I hope that this is enough information, and not too much.

We would be very grateful if this was possible. Thank you for your time, and thank you for considering our request.

Edit: Maya is 5'1" in height, and Aurora is around 5'9".

In the queue

Also, this silly thing comes out of nowhere, It first started just with a simple chubby version but quicky tourns out to be a serious proyect

Her skirt and hands seemed a little out of place but nothing serious amirite?

I was working on this one in "low resolution" for the first time cuz I didn't want something very complicated but then when I was about to add the shadows I realised my mistake for working in a low res

The blur gets pixelated. Sounds weird but is true. You can't see it in the final product because the program correct it in the renderization, but it's still funny point it out here. My recently updated Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 don't previsualize low resolutions gaussian blurs

Anyways, still 3cute3me

Now is time to work on those request, hopefully @MechanicalBride is still active here

Earthquake time

Yesterday we had a big shake of 8.4 richter here, Chile. World's biggest of the year so far. Fortunately I'm far away from the epicenter and in general it was smooth here but still impressive 3 minutes long.

We had barely reach the 2 digit amount of fatal victims (5 of them for the shock, actually), it's a really low number for a national catastrophe with international consequences (Yes, even Hawaii get the tsunami alarm) but overall the country is fine and working almost normally considering the fact that it was 8.4, enough to annihilate 3/4 of the structures in Europe.

And you know what

I was working on this picture when it happens. No fucks given. Well, Rose was a little bit scared ahahha... baby's first earthquake.

My new flagship image, this time a blatant line-steal of some random animu image in the internet. Working on improving hair design using the brush tool instead of the pen tool. More work but better result, I think

HZYuWF5m.png

A silly and simple MsPaint-tier background

Objects stolen from other artists: 5

Catch 'em, they are totally out of place. The screen picture even has the watermark but I can't help but laugh at the ridiculous appearance of it

I think I should put this one in a spoiler with a warning for your eyes, looks bad

During the earthquake Rose says: "Are you going to move off the bed?"

"Nah, we are fine. Look, it's over"

*Earth still shaking*

Good to hear things went so well for you, especially considering what happened. Have you tried using something like SketchUp to assist with your backgrounds? I used to use it a good deal to help simplify perspective, since the program was very easy to use.

Peace.

This time, a totally not stolen background plus a crazy blur

@Sock

I will totally use it, thank you

I gave it a try and let me tell you, thats a really nice and easy program to use, but sadly it only will help me with interiors and in the large run the I will probably encounter a couple of compatibility issueas with my work on Illustrator. So in order to use it i'll gonna need the "tracing tool", in other words, take a picture of the finish background and put in the Illustrator archive.

Also, I not had that much luck in the 9.2 2010's earthquake, the big one haha. Thanks for your concern

@raymond13557

A cute azumarril? How can I say no to that?

Seems pretty easy, actually

Give me some more details, you know; the pose, some attack move she is doing or whatever.

The more graphic detail the better, read the original post if you still don't

After this one...

Request are closed for now!

Going to update the OP

as for the pose, she is a happy and well.. bouncy sort of pokemon so i guess either her sitting down with her eyes closed in a blissful manner or cheerfully attacking a hapless mightyena with surf would be great or pointing at the viewer with her little paw with a smile telling me to "smile and relax" (i'm usually a mellow sort but i tend to worry a lot, lol)

as for her details:

she wears a small red scarf around her "neck", and she wears a pair of mittens, she's never without them and as for distinguishing features, she has 3 tufts of hair poofing out on her chest and top of her head. i hope this gives you enough to work with, as for the pose , i'll let you choose. thank you for agreeing to draw my little lucky
