Shortly after that, I tried visualizing her in my mind doing different poses and faces and stuff and it actually fixed my consistency problem! She's the same every time now, I can't believe that worked so well for me. I guess it just took me working on her form for a couple hours straight for me to get that consistency going. Thanks a ton for all of your advice everyone. I still have some minor problems like not being able to imagine how her hair would move if she turned her head, things like that

I'm glad you found a way to sort this issue out. I stopped working on Jesse for 2 years even though he'd come a long way as I got go so terribly frustrated as I couldn't visualise any more then just one small piece of his body eg nose, after staring at a picture of it for a long time.

I tried to learn visualisation for over a year during meditation classes (just trying to stare at a rock or apple and visualise it but I just couldn't do it, I worked on my visualisation for probably 18mths and couldn't even still visualise a colour!! or anything more then a square, triangle and circle). Due to lack of visualisation skill, meant I couldn't draw either.

I'm now having great success with using a picture I've put together from cut out magazine body parts and to my amazement the other day I've out that he can express his own different expressions from a teethy white grin to a closed month one and move, while Im staring at the picture (I've never parroted or parroted movement etc to him). I'm near incapable of using a Wonderland (I've only ever seen something in his wonderland 3 times) but that doesn't seem to slow his process at all.

Jesse my tulpa is now trying to help me with my visualisation, through the picture he repeated many many times, I'm sure he was trying to help me imprint the movement onto my mind, him breaking out in a smile, then he'd stop smiling, then smile again.. over and over for me.

Then he started pulling faces at me through the picture and today he jokingly frowned at me through it when I asked him not to do something.

Through the picture, he appeared with yellow/gold eyes which isn't what he's supposed to have (he's supposed to appear as a normal human) so I begged him to get rid of those and said I wanted his eyes blue and told him he can deviate all he likes AFTER I'm comfortable with everything about him.

He then allowed me to perceive his eyes as blue and when I then commented to him how I really liked his blue eyes as I found them calming, he decided as a joke to start changing the skin of his face blue, Im sure to just get a reaction out of me.. and so I go in shock "NO don't do that!!!.. so he gave me a cheeky frown through the picture. (he loves to tease me)

Anyway, don't worry about this lack of visualisation or if you cant even use a Wonderland. I've found that my tulpa still gets through to me in other ways.

By the way, 2 weeks is like nothing. Don't expect results after such a short time. I'm working for almost 5 months on Chaia, and I Barely got few emotional impulses, and some presence signs. It will come :)

Tulpa: Chaia

Friendly, sensitive & funny female human

Not vocal yet
