I wondered if it would be possible if I can teach my tulpa something, a career for an example. Would she/he be able to use it for as long as she can possess me? (I have not practiced in possession, don't know how its like.)

Yes, of course. Your tulpa will learn any subject they study on, just like you. So, if they were to study, for example, in medical school while possessing you, they would have that talent for as long as they possess you. You could learn while they possess you as well, as if you were the tulpa and they were the host. If you don't pay attention while they're learning, then they'll have that talent and you won't.
