Something like that, we kinda knew from the wiki. It sounds ironic maybe but ehhhh... he has his moments.

She's been waiting for her turn to do all the things I'm failing to do for a long time now.

 

You guys should play Danganronpa (at least the first, Trigger Happy Havoc, it's the only one I know), it's a pretty good game and you'd definitely get a kick out of Monokuma.
