We love to spend time in mindspace together, especially going on adventures in different places. It's my favorite thing to do.

We don't have much we like to do other than hang out in imposed space or chat online. Our wonderland is still under construction.

Hey all. Um, this is kinda hard to post but I kinda have to leave now. I'm going on a penitent crusade to atone for my sins. I have committed the arch heresy of cheaping out and buying a burnt McDonald's quarter pounder for my girl. My faith has been found wanting. Honor requires a pound of flesh to pay for a pound of greasy junk food. In the crucible of war, I pray that my soul be scoured and purified of sin and weakness that my faith and belief be renewed ever stronger and not fail my dear lady again!

 

Oh lord, it wasn't that bad. Geez. 🙄 Hosts are drama queens. 😑

Don't worry Darron, you're just fine. Half the battle of being a good host is to try in the first place.

 

In retrospect, I never indulged a quarter pounder. I kind of want to have one just so I can say "Wow, that was... pretty terrible."

Meanwhile, my host has been eating only fast food and soda every single day for the past several months. Then tries to ask me why we’ve been experiencing way more heartburn and anxiety recently like it’s not very obvious. Personally, I’m getting a bit sick of fast food, I do wish he’d just drink some more water. But, fast food is the only food we have have access to most days due to our home situation. I just seem to be the one actually worried for our health here.

I don't know if it's something viable for you two, but I carry around a refillable water bottle with me wherever I go. It keeps it in the back of my mind so I don't forget and so it's as convenient to get as pop. Convenience is a powerful influence on behavior.

Good idea. Quitting soda or at least cutting back would be great for us to do soon. Just not looking forward to the headaches that come with doing that. But, it would still be worth it regardless.
