Isn't lucid dreaming a completely visual thing though? Not sure if it's possible to bring a tulpa into a lucid dream though. I've been practicing that for awhile and it feels completely real while visualization always feels more like the third eye effect for me.

Yes, I said most of the time because I only got a lucid sort of visions once or twice. The rest have been through that third eye.

I don't think what I experienced was a true lucid dream, because I wasn't asleep, just very relaxed.

Nah, my visualization's pretty bad, sadly. The wonderland is just a means to an end for me.

Lucid dreaming is much more than just visualization. It's basically a dream that you control. You're actually asleep, and everything can feel perfectly real and vivid.

When I first started off, I promised me and my tulpa that I would not include any anxt in the whole tulpa idea. I said I don't (or shouldn't) want to come off as a hipster and be smug that I have my mind in control and the world doesn't matter to me anymore. We are humans are social beings, and tulpas are just the same. We both need at least some social interaction; we all crave it somewhere deep within all of us.

I can't tell you what to do, but If you want to seclude yourself from everyone else, thats your decision.

I've been through this mentality before and it never got me anywhere.

but you can build yourself a cabin

Just make sure not be a huge black guy who killed a few people, oherwise you'll end up like your favourite food - fried.

When I had her, Helix told me a few times to give the finger to my life and spend more time with her. But I'm fine with simply living in my current, crowded world. It gives me and Kanaya stuff to talk about, vs. a barren wasteland wih nothing to do but hunt stuff. I think the choice is clear, at least for me.

Why reply to someone who is not even here anymore?

Anyway, on topic (even though it was necro'd), no, I don't share OP's desire to live in solitude. My desire to be around others has remained unchanged through this whole endeavor.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

Might as well say this now that this thread is back from the dead.

OP must have had some pretty lucid mind adventures, because the way he worded his post made it sound like they were.

I wonder if he succeeded?

My Tulpa

And then it cuts to a scene where you're sitting in a padded cell.

I really want to have complete isolation, at least until Allison is finished, but I can't do that because I'm still in middle school, so I can't really live alone. I wouldn't live in my head, though. If you want to spice up life, here's what I'd do: get REAAAAAAAAALLY good at imposition, not just your tulpa but imposing anything, rats, rainbows, fairies even! I would just impose my Wonderland into real life. My pool would become an ocean, my room a pretty garden with vines as doors. Cars would become extraterrestrial beings, and so on. I would "force" myself to go INSANE

And that's how I ended up in this padded cell
