Tulpaforcing Side Effects

This thread seeks to compile a list of all occurring tulpaforcing side effects, as well as to document the frequency with which they occur.

 

I know that there have been several other threads exploring this topic. However, almost none of these threads had surveys, and the one that did was mostly focused on other stuff.

 

If you experience a consequence of tulpaforcing not listed in the poll, please post it here in the thread.

 

Here is my current list of possible side effects:

Headaches

Head pressure

Nausea

Dizziness

Decreased concentration

Tinnitus

Spasms/twitches/tics

Paraesthesia

Negative impact on mood

Positive impact on mood

Visual hallucinations (unrelated to tulpa)

Other hallucinations (unrelated to tulpa)

Decreased libido

Increased libido

Ear pain

Memory anomalies

Insomnia

Paranoia/Anxiety

None.. I did have some dizziness, but only while I was sitting in a weird pose, so I don't think it was really tulpaforcing related.

Just drowsiness, no matter where I force or what time, I suddenly get immensely drowsy.

I am really surprised by the mood improvement while forcing. I haven't encountered mention of it anywhere else on the forums.

Improved mood, generally paired with insomnia. Less often a weird ear/headache.

Probably the most noticeable effect for me is a much lower libido and increased concentration abilities. I experience headaches and headpressure, but very rarely.

Dizziness and twitches in my right hand.

Violent thoughts after extremely prolonged forces(2-3 hours)

Also, general jittery-ness

I wouldn't say insomnia, but my sleep was affected.

Man, I certainly was able to tick a lot of those... Though we don't really force anymore and they don't happen these days. Also it wasn't exactly insomnia what I got, but like Hush said, my sleep was sort of affected.
