Hi people! I'm Ahmed and I want to create a tulpa. (This is where you say "HI AHMED!!" like an AA meating lol) I just made this account an hour ago because I've been reading these forums and found them really helpful.

The reason I'm posting is that there are too many guides out there and I just can't decide what to do ? I know it's not a hard science and one does not have to follow each step by the book.

All of you who have already made their tulpas, can you please just give me an outline of the process? Not the details, but just the outline, please!

Also, is it possible to make a tulpa which is only a sound in your head? I mean is it possible for it to be sentient and not be visible to me? If so, kindly guide me the outline as to how I can make it.

Thank you so much!

Hi Ahmed.

The outline is imagine a concept in your head, give it a name, write down a list of traits and give them to that concept, by this I mean talk to that concept, that idea in your mind of those traits, and then you need to do active/passive forcing until they become sentient and even after.

Kiah's guide is good.

Tulpas are like real people, I guess that your tulpa would want a sense of identity by acquiring a form, something to feel attached to that defines them, so I'm not sure.

*agent smith voice* Thanks for your reply, Mister Anderson! ? lol

I love the way you summarized it in a few lines. That's very helpful. I'll get to work now. Will research active/passive forcing along the way.

One more thing, is it possible for one to FAIL making a tulpa? Like can it happen that I try but the result is nothing?

Also, only voice in the head is a cool idea as it'd take less time and effort to force him. Can anyone help, please!??

In the end, a tulpa having a form is fully reliant on visualization. Back in the day, my own tulpa was merely a voice in my head, but an imposing one. I gave her an identity, a name. Visualization of a form is considered a step of the process, but what matters, at least to me, is the sentience/vocality part of things. I suppose it would be possible but only for so long, until the tulpa develops a proper sense of identity... or I should say, a desire for such a thing.

The outcome fully relies on how hard you commit, and if you truly believe that it is possible for tulpamancy to exist in your mind.
