Self-visualization?

Hi tulpamancers!

 

I'm new to this and have always have had difficulty visualizing things in general (recalling specific details of a mug, etc.) and as such I decided that I wanted Trez to make her own form that she was comfortable in.

 

If she is sentient could she aid in forcing herself into visualizing?

I think what you are asking is can you create a tulpa without a form at first and then, once sentient, the tulpa can help create a form with you? Then yes, you can.

One of the first guides I read when I found this site talked about making a formless tulpa at start then letting them choose their appearance. The guide I read used a ball of light as a placeholder visualization for you to force to until your tulpa is autonomous enough to make their own form.
