Am i forcing correctly?

So i have just started creating my tulpa and i started with a short active forcing session where i sat down and concentrated on my thoughts trying to "send them to my tulpa" as one guide described it. my tulpa doesnt have a gender yet so im going to reffer to them as they. So i introduced myself to my tulpa and introduced them to some basic thing about them (name,form,personality) and said that these things are not final. Now my question is: did i do it right?

People will tell you this over and over, but there is no correct way to do it. Do what you think will work. Do as much as you want, go as crazy as you want. Read, write, think of their form, personality, existence; anything. I read all of the guides yet did not follow any of them: I just went with what I wanted to do, and 1 month later, my tulpa is starting to make real breakthroughs.

 

Just believe in yourself and your tulpa, though that sounds cheesy, and you can't go wrong. Pay attention to the signs they give you as encouragement, and try new things as you go along.

The only requirement of tulpamancy is that you talk to the tulpa as though they're there.

It sounds as though you're onto an excellent start, however.

There are only 2 things required to successfully create a tulpa:

 

1. Create an idea of an entity in your mind, this idea can be as basic or as complex as you'd like. (This is simply so you won't feel as if you're talking towards nothing when you talk to it) Think of this entity as a separate being from yourself, and imagine it as having it's own subjective awareness.

 

2. Consistently give it attention on a regular basis, and direct thoughts towards it as you are doing now.

 

Not even these steps are absolute as tulpas can be made accidentally. This is the easiest way to ensure results, though.
