Basically I can only see my tulpa though the 'mind's eye', I can't see him like I see other people, I can only see him how I would daydream something. How I can I make myself able to see him in 'real-life' rather than just imaginary, And How long will it take?

Hello Maybebaby, welcome to our forums!

To answer your question, we need some more details. How long have you been working on your Tulpa? Have you gotten any responses (headaches, speech etc.) until now? How far are you advanced with visualization?

I've been working on my tulpa for two weeks, I do get frequent headaches but no speech yet. I'd say my visulization can be a bit unfocused at some points but it's usually pretty good, im also using the open-eyed method

Alright, you're still at the beginning, so don't rush it.

To impose your Tulpa on your senses, you first have to get definite responses. That would be a "mental voice" as we call it. The headaches are a sign that you are on the right track. With two weeks you are still at the very beginning, so don't blame yourself.

As soon you get speech you can start imagining your Tulpa behind or besides you, and make it visible (for yourself) in the real world. It's not a process which is performed in a week or so, it's more likely to take you a few weeks to months until your Tulpa is completely indistinguishable from the environment. Good visualization skills are beneficial for the process.

If you start imposing before having those definite responses (which are a sign of self-awareness and independence), you could end up with what we call a "servitor". It is not sentient and relies on your orders to complete tasks. A lifeless hull, if you can call it that.

If you want some advice: Keep narrating for as much as you can and force as much as you can. At some point your Tulpa will start to speak.

This is normal. You will only see your tulpa in your mind's eye until far later (imposition) unless you're a wizard. Imposition alone can take months, and it's generally suggested to do after everything else because conversing with the tulpa while trying to impose makes it a bit easier. You can also get a sense of presence there, which also helps. There's a possibility of a tulpa doing something more to help with imposition as well, though this is not really explored much yet.
