I'm male and my tulpa is female, though I wouldn't have a problem if she decided to be male when she's able to decide on her form.

I'm one of the few gals here, and I'm creating my tulpa to be a female, though she could change if she wants. I chose to have a female tulpa because it's easier for me to imagine a feminine character. I also want a best friend, with no chance of relationship drama/jealousy (I'm straight). If I chose male, romantic/sexual stuff is more likely >.> I don't want anything to get in my way of real life.

I have more than one tulpa (four, to be precise) with two females and two males. I myself am female. Never really thought much about gender when creating them, though. I suppose I do have a perfect ratio now but it was never really intentional, nor did I ever favor one over the other, so...
