Wireless May 30, 2012 May 30, 2012 Nice sketches bro. I hope you're ready for the inferno of hair visualization, I know what it is to have too many details to do and correlate (ended toning them down). http://wirelesslog.tumblr.com/ - My tulpa blog, updates regularly.

tulpatalk May 30, 2012 May 30, 2012 Dat hat. Dem floatin eyebrows. Agreeing with fox here. [Note: Opinions]
Avalanche May 30, 2012 Author May 30, 2012 Ah, yeah the eyebrows. I had her head fully sketched in the a 2B pencil before I remembered I had a hat to put on. Luckily the 2B pencil is light enough to rub out, but not light enough to get rid of the eyebrows. Godammit lol. Still, at least people like them. Personally I'm not happy with the first one or the second one, both are quite blank and a little funny, but as I said they were just practice and developing ideas. End result was the last one, which I am happy with at least. frt
Avalanche May 31, 2012 Author May 31, 2012 Started visualisation today. I have the fringe down as well as the chin. It seemed pretty static though, if I let even the tiniest thought of what a different face could look like I wouldn't be able to think of anything else. Hasn't been too bad though. At the end of an hour I will move down from the head and hair to the shoulders and chest. I have the body split up into 14 parts, an hour each, with another hour extra for the face. frt
G|d30n May 31, 2012 May 31, 2012 >mfw I've gone through courses to be a game designer and have contributed character design art to an indie game but still can't draw as well as Avalanche. Flo is really cute though, and it seems like you have a good handle on your forcing process. Good luck with the visualization step! Progess on my tulpa, Lauren. Lauren's survey and stylometric test.
Avalanche June 1, 2012 Author June 1, 2012 It's all guidelines and youtube tutorials Gld30n. Or whatever the fuck that second character in your name is. Moved onto arms after doing the first hour on the face and head. Will be coming back to it though, because FUCKING EYES GODAMMIT Y WON'T YOU WORK frt
Avalanche June 1, 2012 Author June 1, 2012 2 and a half hours into visualisation. My head is swimming a little. Managed to get the whole body done in one go. Going to keep revisiting each part to buff details over the next 13/14/15 hours, or when I fell I'm done. 10 of those hours will be of course spent on the bloody eyes. frt
ThatOneGuy June 1, 2012 June 1, 2012 I've found the most difficult part of the eyes is getting the proportion correct on the head. Good luck with that. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
Avalanche June 2, 2012 Author June 2, 2012 Added a bone structure to Flora. Went pretty easily, and I do find that the body proportions are less prone to change and (even though I never had a problem with it) I can't see her limbs doing anything weird now, like bending back too far. The eyes are proving quite difficult. I can see the colour of the iris easy enough, but when I try to focus on the eye shape it just doesn't come clearly and I forget the rest of the face. If I look at the nose of fringe then the eyes just don't come into focus. I am contemplating just having them shut but still letting her see. It's really hard. Any tips? frt
