Is it true ANYONE can make a tulpa?

Or does your ability to make a successful tulpa depend on your mental abilities (intelligence, imagination, visualization skills, focus, etc.). Let's say you're well below average in all 4 of those areas, could you still make a tulpa?

It is based in those, but you don't need a minimum to make one, just time. If you spend enough time, then the amount of each will total up over time.

That being said, each of those relate to eachother(art needs imagination) and not having a goid education doesn't matter, unless you want to memorize specific techniques. And just because you exceed in all if those doesnt mean you can in all circumstances.

Skill doesn't matter. Abilities (as in not being desabled in a few specific areas) do matter.

 

Unless you have some mental disability that we haven't identified yet, then you should be able to make a tulpa.

These are all abilities that can be honed, mostly through meditation, so anyone can make a tulpa. You might have trouble making a tulpa if you can't focus or visualize, but that just means you need to meditate a bit and improving your focusing and visualization skills.
