Ive done some research and tutorials, and when I tried forcing (using FAQ_MAN's guide), I immediately got distracted (and got the lavender town song stuck in my head too). How can I focus more, and is forcing a better method than wonderland?

Remove distractions, clear your mind, and zero in on your task as if nothing else exists in the universe.

Tried a bit of meditation before forcing?

I do it only around 3 minutes and I definitely notice the difference.

EDIT: little question to q2: how do you see QB? anime-like or more realistic? or something in the middle?

Lavender tone. You're going to die.

Wonderlands are a different thing to focus on. Learn to focus by focusing on things, pick a thing, anything. Your breathing, focus on it as long as you can. Then keep focusing on it if ever your focus wavers.

Meditation will help you a lot, trust me, or try one of fedes tulpa tones.

Try to wait until late night, make sure you have nothing else to do, make you sure you don't feel tired or sleepy, and sit on the most comfortable chair you can find. Once you got all of these things, the focusing should be easier. This works for me at least.

 

Oh and meditation also helps a lot, not to make the Wonderland itself, but to help you learn how to relax better and thus having a better daydreaming experience, the creation of the Wonderland.
