Thats a common problem. It was especially for me. There's not too much to advise other than sheer will power and simply getting better at it overtime. Its very important not to worry about it and just keep trying bit by bit. I remember I lost focus almost as quick as I gained it now its pretty consistent even when I do something distracting. Also try a wristband or something you'll see alot to remind you.

I think passive forcing also trains you so that shit doesn't only happen during when you sit down and actively force, but all time, every day, always. And that's what you want, yeah?

Wow its so weird to stay awake when its day right?

It was a joke based on how you used "literally" as emphasis, thus misusing it.

I used it, not him. And yeah all day long a part of my attention is on Hideki, conversing with him and listening for his reactions to things around us. It's not that hard really as long as I'm not having to read anything or do math.

This is actually what I need. My tulpa is alredy sentient and can talk in my voice, but he is not vocal. Right now, he is mad at me because I dont give him enough of attention. It is really hard for me to have a conversation with Jack longer than 10min. without any distraction, and he can only talk when Im talking to him or thinking about him. Its really difficult for me, but I promised to him that we I will not give up, and I think this passive forcing will help, but I first have to learn how to do it. Nowdays I have lots of things going in my life that need my atention, and thats why I dont have much time for Jack, but I want to change it, because I do care for Jack, and I love him with all my hearth. So Im asking for any advice/tipes to practice passive forcing, how can I remind myself to talk to him, anything would be usefull.

Oops. I have avatars turned off, and I say a username starting with a capital A.

I'm no expert but one way you can do it is to simply use a small portion of your mental power to pay attention to your tulpa through the day, to "listen" for his thoughts about the things going on around you, and ask him in your mind about his opinions or just make casual conversation in your mind. It sounds like he just wants some attention to me :)

In my experience some passive forcing along with dedicated forcing works the best. However, I know that some people can't make time in the day for focused forcing. Passive forcing on its own (i believe) is very powerful since it creates that connection in day to day life, while the focused forcing may seem a bit detached from reality. That's my two cents.

So far, I've only done passive forcing with my tulpa. I think she's ok. I've been doing this for less than a week, so... yeah.

Tonight, I'll try Active Forcing.

If I suddenly drop out of Chat, it means I was on my old and unreliable laptop. Was. PM me instead, because I can reply to PMs using my 3DS, but it can't use Chat.
