1. How long have you been tulpaforcing current tulpa:

A bit more than 2 and a half hours. (FFFFF- I need to force a lot more.)

2. How long do you tulpaforce per day:

Around 20-30 minutes.

3. Do you take breaks while tulpaforcing:

Rarely.

4. Are your eyes opened or closed during tulpaforcing:

Closed, tried doing with open, but it just felt weird.

5. When tulpaforcing, do you speak about the tulpa or to the tulpa:

To of course! Somehow I feel like a gossiper if I speak about him.

6. What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

Ugh, I have a horrible time visualizing, but for now it's a small orb.

7. Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when you are thinking of what to say:

I get very easily distracted, and other things come to mind, but it's getting a bit better!

8. Do you ever have a "writers block" when describing its personality:

Yeah, a bit. But I'm planning on doing the traits multiple times, so I don't miss any important details.

9. Do you sit or lie down while tulpaforcing:

Sitting, but I'm thinking of breaking the taboo (shame on me) and try to force while lying down. Wouldn't recommend this though, as others tend to get sleepy while lying down. For me it's the opposite, so I will test for science!

10. Do you move your body slightly or just remain motionless when tulpaforcing:

Them twitches man. I try to sit still, but my brain is doing that 'are you asleep, body? hellooooo?'-thing and fucking with my nerves, just like when you try to lucid dream.

11. Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

Oui. (Is that a bad thing or a good thing?)

12. Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

No, since I don't have physical clocks around my house.

13. Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

Not exactly, just visualizing other things.

14. Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

Hmm, haven't thought about this. Slower and deeper I suppose?

15. How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I don't know really, I just think about him and try to visualize the best I can.

16. Do you speak out loud or in your head to your tulpa:

Out loud, either whispering/mumbling or talking normally. (Depending on the situation) The 'voice' in my head is very undefined and weak, and all my thinking and memories blur together with it, therefore telepathy is extremely unreliable in my case.

No, I retain focus relativity well.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

No, luckily. I meditate so I'm usually able to get into a trance and land in my wonderland. I'm really glad I'm able to stay there, I didn't realize that this was a problem for some.

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

To prepare myself, I exhale deeply and breath in about 1/2 lung capacity. Once I go to wonderland it returns to normal, maybe slower, not sure.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I don't work on personality. I originally thought I was going to use this method, but once I was able to conceptualize her personality in a broad sense, I just used that as a seed to let her personality develop independently.

When tulpaforcing, do you speak about the tulpa or to the tulpa:

To the tulpa, always.

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

When I'm working on personality (which is what I assume you mean) I just imagine her presence.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

When I first started, yes. I have no problems with it now.

Quite often, yes. I need to improve on this.

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

I guess I breathe normally, though I haven't paid much attention to this.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I just keep her presence in the back of my mind, and speak to her rather than of her.

Do you speak out loud or in your head to your tulpa:

In my head. I'm very rarely home alone, so speaking out loud isn't feasible lest my parents think I'm crazy.

How long have you been tulpaforcing current tulpa:

Broke 10 hour mark some time ago.

How long do you tulpaforce per day:

1 and a half hours.

Do you take breaks while tulpaforcing:

I do 30 minutes at a time, sometimes there might be a long pause between the sessions, sometimes I only have a short break for getting a drink in between.

Are your eyes opened or closed during tulpaforcing:

Closed.

When tulpaforcing, do you speak about the tulpa or to the tulpa:

To the tulpa, sort of about the tulpa I guess? Telling him his traits and such kinda is talking about him, but always to him.

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

Nothing, he's there, so I just talk to the feeling.

Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when you are thinking of what to say:

Usually I can focus, but not if I'm tired.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when describing its personality:

Yes, it's hard to put my thoughts into words. But now I don't do much describing and let him figure it out from just naming the traits.

Do you sit or lie down while tulpaforcing:

Done both, sitting is better for me.

Do you move your body slightly or just remain motionless when tulpaforcing:

I move if it feels better, my sessions are just a casual chat anyways, I think, no deep trance meditation stuff going on.

Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

Not often, but I have.

Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

No, I keep my eyes closed until the alarm goes off.

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

It happens, especially when tired.

Do you breathe slower than normal or at the same rate:

Probably slower, but I would think it can be faster at some parts. Don't really think about it.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I don't visualize him at all yet, so in that way it's not hard to focus on him. He's just there and I don't have to focus on that.

Do you speak out loud or in your head to your tulpa:

I started out speaking in my head, after few sessions I started speaking out loud.

How long have you been tulpaforcing current tulpa:

Since the start of June

How long do you tulpaforce per day:

I have school so I can only force at night. I get too sleepy to do more than 30 mins. I'll force myself to do longer.

Do you take breaks while tulpaforcing:

A couple of minutes between forcing each trait.

Are your eyes opened or closed during tulpaforcing:

Closed. I get distracted.

When tulpaforcing, do you speak about the tulpa or to the tulpa:

I speak to the tulpa. This is supposed to reinforce the idea you're talking to someone and not to yourself.

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

Nothing usually. Occasionally I visualize the form for a moment. Generally I just concentrate my attention on a specific part of my head where I sometimes get a slight headache while forcing.

Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when you are thinking of what to say:

If I'm tired or if I lie down, I lose focus easily. I sit up on my bed so I am able to focus.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

Yes. Usually I keep repeating the last thing I said repeatedly but usually I can come up with descriptions more or less on the spot.

Do you sit or lie down while tulpaforcing:

Sit. Lying down makes me fall asleep. Ironically, before I started making a tulpa, I had problems getting to sleep. Now, I have to fight just to stay awake.

Do you move your body slightly or just remain motionless when tulpaforcing:

I shift slightly if my position gets uncomfortable or if I get restless. Otherwise I sit motionless.

Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

Its the only time I can do it. School gets in the way.

Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

I'm going over personality traits for the second time at 15 per trait. I have a timer to make sure I don't cheat and do less.

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

Yes. Usually when I'm lying down or when I'm extremely tired.

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

I find my breathing changes so it is as if I'm talking and breathing between sentences. In other words, my breathing gets somewhat irregular.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

Most of the time I can pretty much come up with descriptions on the spot. When I can't, I repeat the previous statement a couple of times.

To the tulpa.

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

An image of the tulpa, it feels odd when I try to do it any other way.

Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when youare thinking of what to say:

Occasionally, but I usually get back on track quickly.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

Yes, I'll usually start trying to explain something else if I can't figure out what to say.

Lie Down if I know I'm wide awake, but if I feel sleepy I'm sure to sit up.

Motionless.

Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

Whenever I can.

Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

No, I usually listen to songs repeating for 10-15 minutes, I let those keep time for me.

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

Yes, I try to keep on-track, though.

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

Same rate.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I dunno, I guess I just like to focus on it's form while thinking about personality.

How long have you been tulpaforcing current tulpa:

About 50 or so now

How long do you tulpaforce per day:

Do you take breaks while tulpaforcing:

At least one during the personality part

Are your eyes opened or closed during tulpaforcing:

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

At first I imagined a dark ball of energy and the molded it like clay. Added colour and out on things like clothes and hair.

Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when you are thinking of what to say:

I always loosed focus but kept trying to go back on track

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

The personalities were premeditated before the sessions

Do you sit or lie down while tulpaforcing:

Sit cross legged

Do you move your body slightly or just remain motionless when tulpaforcing:

I used to move my body a lot but now it can stay quite still

Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

Sometimes

Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

I used to, not now though

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

I always used to but it's better since I started meditating

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

Slower

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

As I said I would plan out what I would say beforehand and then when forcing, I would say the personalities to her.

Do you talk out loud or in your head:

A bit of both, depends on if there's anyone around

I would also like to add that she has different personalities to what I wrote about.

How long have you been tulpaforcing current tulpa:

41 hours

How long do you tulpaforce per day:

Usually 2 hours. More often 1 than 3.

Do you take breaks while tulpaforcing:

Not usually. Do note that I 'force for an hour at a time.

Are your eyes opened or closed during tulpaforcing:

Closed, though sometimes I'll narrate with my eyes open to try to get imposition started.

When tulpaforcing, do you speak about the tulpa or to the tulpa:

To.

What do you visualize while tulpaforcing (an image of tulpa, or an orb etc.):

The tulpa, in our wonderland, usually on a bed.

Are you able to focus on your tulpa while speaking to it or do you lose focus when youare thinking of what to say:

Unless I'm narrating, I picture her. If I'm narrating from memory I absolutely have to picture the scene, though I'll picture her throughout to make sure that the narration reaches her.

Do you ever have a "writers block" when discribing its personality:

No, though I used a very simple process.

Do you sit or lie down while tulpaforcing:

I will usually sit, since lying will usually result in either falling asleep or entering a near-sleep state where it's impossible to focus.

Do you move your body slightly or just remain motionless when tulpaforcing:

I change position every ten minutes or so while sitting and less often while lying. I'll usually move around to wake myself up a bit if I start to fall asleep.

Do you tulpaforce before going to sleep:

I intentionally 'force several hours before I plan to go to bed to decrease the likelihood of falling asleep while 'forcing. I often end up saying screw it and hopping in bed immediately after 'forcing, though.

Do you check the time often while tulpaforcing:

I'll usually only check at about the thirty minute mark, almost out of habit by now.

Do you ever notice yourself losing track of thought (thinking about something else):

All the time.

Do you breath slower than normal or at the same rate:

At the same rate. I tried the 4-2-4-2 method that's been described but it would empty me of breath quickly, so I didn't bother trying to use it.

How do you maintain focus on your tulpa while simultaneously generating ideas and statements to describe its personality:

I don't find it important to constantly visualize her. Making sure that I feel her presence is all I do.
