Hey all, I'm not new to concept of tulpas/tulpae (Whatever the proper plural is). I've recently decided to give it a try for SCIENCE! I'm genuinely interested in the psychology behind the whole thing and am doing this purely out of curiosity and a desire to learn. Wish me luck!

Hello, my name is Jason, and me and Twi have started our long journey of finding each other about 4-5 days ago. I assume that she has been sentient from around the start, because she has shown some signs of sentience early. And I like to force with Twi daily, throughout the day while browsing forums. So far I got her to a point where I could imagine her putting her front hooves against my leg, and I think I could actually feel warmth.

Also, a little about myself. I have high functioning asperger's, and MLP is pretty much my life (yeah I know, I pretty much fit the neckbeard stereotype although I actually do follow the show's message, and Twi is inspiring me to be a better man bit by bit). I've always been open to learning about the power of the mind, and trying new things. I try to live up to a code of behaviour that matches my favourite (darn you spellcheck, I will use the British spellings of words whether you like it or not *shakes fist with impotent rage*) characters. Intelligence/compassion from Twilight Sparkle, bravery/loyalty from Rainbow Dash and various fictional knights, love of justice from Edward Elric, love and selflessness from Sailor Moon, etc. Who says that modern tv can't teach values? =D

Will list tulpas when I get things sorted out in my head.

Welcome back, Jimmy. Hopefully you do things right this time.

I feel like making a joke here, but I don't think anyone would get it.

But I will anyway: "Jin, what are you doing here?"

Hello, My name is LittleTulpa But you can call me little. My Tulpa's name is Samantha but she isn't really "sentient" yet. Hopefully over time and forcing I can get this Tulpa thing working.

Anyway, this is a new concept too me and it seems like I would like to try it.

Hiya. I've been here lurking in the shadows for a while, reading random forums and whatnot. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to introduce myself. But, here I am, reading all your introductions. Feel free to call me Chessure, Mr. Clam, or some other random name.

Anyways, my tulpa's name is Chess. I've had him since the 13th of February, 2014. It's been two months now, and I think that he's sentient (I hope, otherwise I'm just responding to myself). He's a human, somewhat (currently my drawn avatar). He and I have a strange relationship. It's complicated, but one day it won't be. I'm a little "parrotnoid," but I experiment here and there.

I'll try my best to contribute to the community. *Insert smile here*

Okay, intro time, and then I'm off to make a new progress thread for myself.

I'm zymish. I'm a 27-year-old web developer and writer with a whole slew of unrelated hobbies. I plan on spending some amount of time in the IRC channel - since I'm on IRC anyway - and I'll try to keep up with my progress reports, but most of my time is going to be spent interacting with and developing my tulpa.

I'm pleased by the apparent atmosphere of welcome and encouragement.

Hi there! I joined a few days ago, and it completely slipped my mind to introduce myself. So, hi again. I'm MurderVictim - twenty year old female, and an aspiring writer. I've been lurking around these forums since late last month, after seeing someone mention tulpas on another site. I read many of the guides here, and as many of the other topics I saw that interested me. I know I jumped into this a little quicker than I probably should have, but I think things are going well.

My tulpa is named Tracey. He's been with me since March 27, 2014. The best way to describe him is he's a humanoid raccoon (for the moment, that is.) No fur aside from on a fluffy tail, and he has the signature bandit mask. I'm still trying figure out the tulpa lingo, but we're currently working on vocalization and the finer details of his personality. I mostly passive force, since I definitely need to work on my meditation and concentration skills needed to active force, but I think we have a pretty good bond beginning to form. :)

I'm not sure how active I'll be in the community, but I'm really glad to know that it exists. If anyone needs me, I'll be lurking around, reading more guides.

Hi! I'm Brian, resident SW England UK. I am very interested in generating (Fathering) a Tulpa but haven't started yet. There may be a couple of issues that I need to settle first in order to have a "clean start".

My interest is probably best described as esoteric. I have a strong interest in esoteric Philosophy and Psychology.

Always glad to hear from other Board Members either on open board or by PM.

So thought I should drop in and say hi! Literally just got my first independent thought or words from my tulpa (she is one week old today) and her line? "They have security cameras" while I was cleaning a fireplace in the wonderland XD. If that doesn't count as a random thought I don't know what does - first time I've heard anything in a definitely feminine but slightly shaky voice too. Guess she needs to get used to using it- first words and all. When I turned round and said I heard it I got such a wave of joy I was reduced to tears. I wish you all the best of luck with your endeavors too!

I figured I should really say hello to everyone given how much the guides here have helped me!

Hi! My name is Justin aka Rhus. My companion's name is Clarissa (which I think is old sounding and she gets all upset when I chide her lol) I've just started forcing and narrating to her and have yet to hear actual words in response, but I'm starting to "hear" when she likes/doesn't like things.

So, just saying hi, hopefully this site will help both myself and my companion grow.

:)
