So, if I was to "puppet" what Saphira did in my wonderland, if she is not moving herself, then does that make her a servitor? I did give her some traits that would be good, and gave her a choice whether she wanted to have those traits or not. Also, I have another question quite unrelated- can you view yourself and your tulpa 3rd person, or does it have to be first?

Thanks.

Part of the road to becoming a better person lies in defeating the darkness inside yourself, then helping others to do the same.

It’s going to take a lot of hard work on your end if you truly wanted to make her a servitor, or whatever conditions you feel may be considered having a servitor. I honestly think there’s nothing wrong with imagining them moving if it can help kick-start things. Whenever I image stream for visualization and what have you, I usually have Eva or Ada doing something in my head, but I don’t really call it “puppeting”. I don’t really question if it’s puppeting in the initial stages because I see them going automatic after a while.

It’s just one of those things where it’ll take practice to where you can gradually suspend doubts that you’re orchestrating every movement of theirs. If you have to initiate some movement temporarily, don’t take it so seriously, it's okay if you need some direction for them. When they’re capable of being more autonomous and all that, things come by naturally.

Whenever I want to imagine myself going with Eva and Ada on all sorts of adventures in my mind, the perspective doesn’t really matter. Though I will admit that I garnered a favoritism over seeing their backsides, and watching them move about. I guess it could be like a third person view where you see all of their back, but I can easily change the perspective to first person, third person, and such. There’s really no limit honestly.

I think it’s good to mix things up a bit, but you don’t have to abide to a certain standard. More perspective, and more angles can help a lot with capturing as much detail and form of your tulpa as possible, and it gets really easy to do that when you augment your visualization skills of course.

No. People use parroting and puppeting as methods to create guides. Fede-lasse and JD1215 wrote guides on how to do that - My favorite is Office's creation guide, which is more open to interpretation than Fede's. I didn't read JD1215's guide, but I heard from Office that that is a good one as well. You might want to check it out in the Guides subforum.

Bottom line is that parroting is fine. From personal experience, I get more annoyed by a host that worries about parroting too much than actually being parroted. Most of the times that he parrots me by accident, it's something that I would've said anyway, so no damage is done.

Ok, thanks. Hm... That's actually the first time I've worried about parroting :/, and I'm happy to know that 3rd/1st person is fine.

Again thank you.
