Hallo Tulpa Community

You can visualize. Visualizing is not seeing things. You imagine them. If you think about how a table looks, you will know that it is made of wood, and is composed of a board resting on four legs. The mental image you get when you think of that table is a visualization. You're not seeing it, you are thinking about how it looks. How detailed that image is depends on your predispositions to imagining, and on how much time you've spent daydreaming.

You can basically assume that if you have the ability to dream, and see images in your dreams, that you have the ability to visualize. Trying too hard to see something will just lead to you seeing the backs of your eyelids. Just imagine it.

@Tess

Thank you for the help i think i am understanding this now. I test it tomorrow and say then if i make progress.

No problem, and good luck.

Visualisation gets better with time. Like everything else, you have to be patient and to practice. I heard drawing helps some people but it's like everything else : If you think what you're doing is helpful and productive, then it most probably is.

Don't worry about languages. This is an English-soaking forum but many of us (including me) come from non anglophone countries.

Protip : the German -sch is really uncommon in English.
