This has been talked heavily and all that same talk has all come to the same conclusion. It's impossible. Tulpas manifest inside your own mind/head and is to your own perspective and own consciousness independent from anyone else. Any claims otherwise has essentially been a work of fiction.

I had a friend recently that apparently saw a blonde female with glasses in her dreams, and apparently, they resembled Eva. But it was most likely a figment of her imagination, and not really Eva doing magical stuff, or anything like that.

 

And I had a few friends (1-2) about 1-2 years ago that had dreams about Eva, though they conceptualized her more as the town hussy. Probably because they were jealous that I wasn't trying to flirt with them instead, ah women.

The very same blonde—sporting a different do—made another dream cameo a couple weeks ago. Turned out she was the rare human digression of my spitfire 'anima,' who's usually represented by a primate hybrid with correspondingly pale pelage.
