visualizing confusion

Can yall help me with this, this has been bugging me for a while about visualization. Is it like imagining something until you feel like you can see it or really vivid? The same thing goes for the tulpa, I'm just confused about it

I don't know what imagination you are talking about, but when I visualize things, I picture them in my head.

Imagine a round red apple. Can you see it in your mind? This is visualization. If you want to go further you can try to picture how it feels when you hold it. Is it cold? Warm? Smooth?

 

What does the apple smell like?

What would it taste like? Is it juicy? Does it have a texture?

Imagine the crunch when you bite into it.

 

But in its basic form, just picture an apple.
