Yeah, this has happened to me. I think that this is probably just random body twitches/movements that happen when go into your "wonderland body". It makes everything a bit wierd, and your body is just reacting to it. If it's a large movement or just a small twitch in your whole body that could be your brain making sure that you aren't dead. It's the same thing that happens when you're almost asleep and suddenly jump for no reason. Those are just my thoughts, but I haven't studied this or anything, so I could be wrong. Either way, you'll probably get used to being in your wonderland during long forcing sessions and it will happen less.

I've gotten into the habit of allowing my body to go dormant while forcing. This lets me concentrate more efficiently as it's one less thing to think about... however, I've noticed that the better I get at it, the more my body... em, moves without my permission? It started out much less noticeable, but now I'm starting to wonder if it could be my tulpa?

It's definitely not possession, or at least not intentional, because my tulpa doesn't seem to be aware of it happening.

One thought that came to mind is that since my tulpa and I are still pretty new to forcing, maybe we're not very good at controlling our separate "wonderland" bodies, and the movement intended to happen in our mindscape is actually happening to our "real world" body? The output isn't anything drastic, like slapping myself in the face for example, but it's enough that I can't help but wonder.

I used to get muscle spasms and twitches before I even knew about tulpas, but nothing so frequent in such a small amount of time. We usually force anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, and the twitching is fairly regular throughout each session. Any ideas??

This happens to me too. But i'm sure that is not related to Tulpa.

This happened yesterday when I was forcing. I'm not sure what is, though. But I noticed when my body gets dormant, this occurs more too. I think it's normal.

Oh, this regularly occurs when I try to do WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream), but that is another thing. - Just telling that this thing has occurred to me even without knowing about Tulpas before.

Gratia means "grace", or"gratitude" in Latin. I put that name 'cause I thought it matched with her personality.

I didn't know you were supposed to let your body go dormant to enter wonderland. I usually just visualize but don't get that deep.

I actually get this 24-7 now to varying degrees. If I dissociate from the body to some extent (what you called dormant, I think), it gets worse. But even when I am not forcing, it just is what happens. Unless I am sending a constant stream of movement commands to certain body parts, they will twitch. The hands are the worst. I think it is those body parts accidentally picking up other data streams in the brain not meant for them. Doing some dissociation and separating from my headmate really opened it all up. The latter one is probably a big part because she was definitely part of my motor control. That part is probably not that relevant to anybody else around here.

This does happen to me.

Whenever I dissociate enough my body still reacts to the world, changing temperatures, as well as sense input from wonderland so. I do believe it's normal.

My tulpa and I prefer to remain semi anonymous. O, N, E, K are what my tulpa will go by.
