How to not puppet your Tulpa

Is there any simple ways to be able to look at my Tulpa, but not control his movements? Whenever I visualise my tulpa he always stays static or I move him myself by mistake. Simple techniques would be appreciated.

But what if you accidentally puppet your tulpa's reaction on this prism thing? Then it has no use of it at all.

That's honestly all I could find when searching the same problem. Perhaps somebody with more experience than I would have better tips or tricks.
