Trying to force at busy times.

I have a decent amount of free time and could spend a lot more time in forcing that I currently am the problem is the concentration. Most of my free time is at the same time with the others in my house and the only quiet times are right before bed or waking up before work. Can I force while on my computer in the middle of the day? will my computer light me a nuisance to forcing and will I be able to listen to music to drown out noise?

Sure, you can force through the day despite all of the noise they might make. You can narrate to your tulpa at all times, and doing it while you're on the computer is no exception.

The computer light may be distracting while you're actively working on your tulpa, like dedicated visualization, but if it works for you, go for it. And yes, people often use music to drown out the noise while forcing. I'd recommend music without lyrics though, since those might distract you.

For me, I usually find those times to be ideal for forcing as I can have an unequivocal peace of mind with no distractions, and doing something like

is practically a no brainer, as long as I have some sustenance to prevent hunger and being thirsty. I feel that, IMO, I would personally aim for forcing before going to work as we’ve probably went through the REM cycles, and what have you to have some natural boost in energy vs. coming in for the night, and potentially feeling lethargic after work, or school for some.

If you are that concerned, you could invest in a sleeping mask. Whenever I go for something like

, or even
, I just use a cheap sleeping mask, and use some headphones as a support to keep them from falling while I type what goes on in my head; I even would use a clean dark colored sock and strap it around my eyes, and it helps me get the results we want. But every now and then, I would open my eyes for whatever x amount of time, and still be able to visualize; maybe even stronger due to actually seeing what I’m typing, and not being predisposed to backspacing every now and then.

Manually click on the bar timeline if the clipped portion isn't playing if it's not showing someone opening their eyes

. Though, I guess this is due to being less inhibited by worrying about light affecting my forcing being overridden by learning how to tap into behaviorally wanting to force, and knowing that you want it can lead to results, i.e., knowing that you just want to have fun, I guess.

But it’s not always black and white like that, sometimes it’s the other way around where if I close my eyes, it’s pure, unadulterated content in my head, or it doesn't even matter what I do when I get deeper into it. I guess because of the activity of image streaming always allows me to find some objective(s) to do with them, there’s more things for me to worry about than light passing through my eyes. And I also listen to isochronic, or binaural beats as well for most of the session on medium to almost high volume since they’re soothing.
