The thing is that I always visualize when I'm about to go to sleep or when I have some extra time around the day, I visualize every day for about 1-2 hours, I already have been doing this by nearly 2 months and it is very difficult sometimes, at some point I just can't concentrate and I start seeing green blobs, seeing a blurry image or simply can't see nothing at all, can someone give me some advise.

Sorry for my english, I'm not a good writer and I also know that I literally just started the process on creating a tulpa and can't spect to have a fully visualize tulpa in 1-2 months.

- Thanks :)

[Just imagine shit, there's no trick to it honestly.Like,if you want to visualize a pink polka dotted polar bear, just imagine that. That's all there is to it,honestly.]

I made a guide for visualization and general purposes here:

Ever since I started image streaming a few years back, I learned that there's always something to revel in your imagination, and the only things that could keep you back are just nature calling, your patience, and the sense of urgency to get in there and experience.

Ok I will definitely read linkzelda's guide, and also I know that my question sounds kinda stupid, but I just was hopping for some tips :p
